One of the best resorts in the area, if you want to spend few days with family or partner. It is great especially in war

Heaven in the Austrian Alps

Beautiful setting on the lake in a charming small town that is easily accessed by train. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best ever and the evening restaurant food was excellent. The indoor pool, saunas and spa services were just what weary travelers needed!

Beds are just unbelievably inconvenient. Our backs are still aching (( And rooms are small, but cozy. Absolutely all the rest (especially breakfast and restaurant Portofino) was just amazing. So now we are hesitating about coming back - hard choice))

Not the quality we expected for the price

Fantastic location: lakefront and only a short stroll from the waterfront centre of Velden. The breakfast was very good, extensive choice and constant replenishment

Staff was polite but not very friendly. We had 2 rooms on the 1st floor and they were both noisy throughout day and night (service / restaurant area on ground floor). Mattress was worn and needs replacement.

Wir hatten erholsame Tage, es war alles bestens.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, hat einen schönen Strandbereich mit sehr komfortablen Liegen und man kommt bequem über breite Stufen in den See. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Service ebenfalls.

Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit einer großen begehbaren Dusche 👍, modern eingerichtet mit einem Loungemöbel, welches zwar chic aussieht, aber leider zu niedrig war. Wir haben einen normalen Stuhl vermisst.

Besondere Location für einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Zimmer inklusive Bad war sehr geräumig ,modern eingerichtet und komfortabel ausgestattet.Die Matratzen waren etwas zu weich,aber das empfindet wohl jeder Gast anders.Das Frühstück war sensationell, die Auswahl war riesig und die Speisen qualitativ hochwertig.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.Die Hotelanlage wirkt sehr gepflegt.Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus entsprechen den heutigen Standards mit viel Platz,insbesondere für größere PKW.

Wir wurden in der Parkvilla im 1.Stock untergebracht,leider kann man vom Balkon aus den See nur sehen,wenn man größer als 1,90M ist.:( Die Zimmer in der Parkvilla würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen,da hier die Geräusche von den Parkplätzen sowie von den Lieferungen für die Hotelküche sehr störend sind.Dazu kommen noch die relativ lauten Gespräche der Angestellten im Innenhof und der Betrieb der Roof Top Bar auf dem Dach der Parkvilla abends.Die Parkgebühr im Parkhaus in Höhe von 16€ pro Tag sind ungewöhnlich hoch.

Het was hier heerlijk.

Je kon de strandbedden reserveren voor je hele verblijf periode! Dus geen 'handdoekje leggen" nodig. Ontbijt buffet was fenomenaal qua keuzes vis, vlees, kaas, omelet etc. Wat een uitzicht Rust Justin was een zeer hartelijke en grappige collega. Gratis fietsen huur Gratis minigolf. Supermarkt en diverse restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Jedes Jahr ein schönes Erlebnis und eine erholsame Zeit. Freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr.

Wir sind bereits das dritten Jahr in Folge im Seehotel Europa. Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind unübertrefflich. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffett lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die Speisekarten in den Restaurants des Hotels bieten eine gute Auswahl. Das Strandbad und der Spa-Bereich bieten Bademöglichkeiten bei jedem Wetter. Leider haben wir dieses Jahr mit dem Wetter kein allzu großes Glück gehabt, doch die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten bei Schlechtwetter waren vielseitig. Der Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls modern und gut ausgestattet.

Das Personal im Seehotel ist zum Großteil sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Housekeeping-Team leistet großartige Arbeit und auch das Personal im Spa und der restlichen Anlage war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Die einzigen weniger freundlichen Erfahrungen mussten wir teilweise an der Rezeption und in der „See la vie-Bar“ sammeln.

Top Sommerurlaub, gerne wieder!

Wunderbares Hotel am Wörthersee. Die Liegen und Schirme direkt am See sind super. Das Frühstück ist exzellent und das Personal sehr freundlich. Bis zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit und die Restaurants in der Nähe kann man auch empfehlen. Toller Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag und der Tisch wurde hierfür besonders toll gedeckt. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage...wurde prompt repariert.

Die Hotelgäste im Zimmer über uns waren sehr laut und haben keine Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste genommen. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Sehr gute Lage, Lärm geschützt gegen Velden , ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, extrem zuvorkommendes Personal, ein phantastisches Frühstück. Seezugang und Liegen perfekt.

Keine Bevorzugung bei Buchungen im Restaurant Portofino. Angeblich ausgebucht wurde uns am Vortag gesagt, dann ging Reservierung doch. Am Abend der angeblichen “Ausbuchung” waren 3 Tische frei!!! Dann, da der 3. Abend im Portofino ausgebucht war, Buchung Roof Top Restaurant über die Rezeption. Als wir ins Restaurant kamen war reservierter Tisch besetzt.

Nach 54 Jahren Wörthersee erstmals im Hotel Europa, angenehm überrascht (bis auf Parkplatz, s. o.) !

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage wunderbar

Parkplatzsituation - zuerst wurde mir ein Platz im Parkhaus angeboten, nach Zusage mitgeteilt daß dort nichts frei ist - auf meine Anfrage wohin ich mein Auto stellen soll kam die Antwort: "wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst" - das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie (das sonst super ist) nicht adäquat - ev. Concierge-Service ?(Man gibt Schlüssel ab und Auto wird irgendwo geparkt und bei Bedarf wieder geholt) - sonst aber alles wunderbar !

Alles war super, tolles Zimmer, super Essen, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war einfach unbeschreiblich- TOP!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Preise sehr hoch, aber wahrscheinlich dem Hotel entsprechend. Preise bzgl. Getränke z.B. im Casino weit niedriger. Balkontür war defekt, nach Meldung konnte der Mangel nicht behoben werden, wir haben keine Rückmeldung erhalten, Balkontür konnte nicht mehr geöffnet werden. Kein geeigneter Abstellplatz und Ladestation für E-Bikes.
