Nice hotel, a little dated in parts and clearly only a partial renovation a few years ago. Pool and spa facilities clean and good, nice restaurant and ample parking.
Charging for parking seems a little excessive, rooms could do with a renovation in parts and heating system very old and noisy

Near to town Centre, easy to find from M4 junction 15, has swimming pool and gym. Pleasant staff, clean hotel, full English and continental breakfast, self service, good bedroom, parking available at £7.50 per night .
Nothing, was glad we chose to stay there.

Service and staff were exceptional. So very polite and helpful. Good breakfast. Really liked the free access to the pool and reduced parking cost. Room very comfortable. Had a small refrigerator too!

Location
That i had to pay a deposit on my debit card which hasn't been refunded back to my account yet and dont think its right for a hotel to charge for parking
