A really good experience
The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The Staff were brilliant very happy and friendly. The room had all the equipment you would need for a comfortable stay and the fact they supplied a dressing gown was a real bonus.
The shower was a little narrow for myself. On the morning we were leaving there wasn't any hot water, thankfully the kettle allowed us to a least have a hot wash but no shower and difficult to wash our hair. But we do understand problems do happen, and this didn't interfere was our pleasant stay

The rooms had a bad unkept smell. The bedding had stains. It was a really uncomfortable sleep due to the smell in the room. This was the second room we had been moved to due to the smell. The sofa bed was not clean and had a brown stain too. Just would not go back there and not recommended at all. Staff were friendly and helpful.
