1. Location was good for me 2. Plenty of Parking spaces 3. Located close to a Greggs, a Subway, a Costa & a beefeater which is always handy 4. No que at reception very quick and easy 5. Rooms are a good size 6. Bathrooms good size 7. Reception, bar & restaurant all close and work easily 8. Given a nice cookie when checking in 9. Great Staff very friendly and happy especially Sophie on reception she is brilliant.
1. Only two draught beers were on out of 8 Basically the hotel had run out of beer 2. Décor of the corridors and bedrooms are very dated, late 80/early 90s 3. Bed frame creaked 4. Carpet felt dirty in bedroom 5. Not getting a cookie when checking out.

Slept so well. Clean and quiet in the room.
No veggie sausages at breakfast, light in the room didnt work and no one came back to fix it.

Welcoming staff and excellent facilities, lovely breakfast with a range of options.
Given the unprecedented weather the room was hot. We stayed in a family room (with our 2 year old) which had a window that was secured closed. Given the weather the air conditioning provided was unable to keep us cool.

Good price, nice bar, although they had run out of lager completely!
Bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. It was also very noisy when either of us turned over which kept us both awake all night.
