The bed was super comfy and the TV was huge 😁 the rooms were spacious and dog friendly. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pizza was delicious 😋.

Clean property, big room
The room was way too hot! AC on lowest temperature did nothing. We had a group staying and every room was boiling and no one had a good sleep

Little issues started happening from day 1, at check in they didnt know we had breakfast included, told us Booking.com dont tell them, though never had this issue before. For the price, the rooms are very tired, mattresses are not comfortable pillows are too slack. The sofabed in the family room was not made up even though they knew number of guests arriving. Parking was paid for even though in that area it should be free, it is no where near a town centre. Other hotels nearby had it free. Breakfast was quite basic considering the brand and no variety so if you stay more days its boring. The biggest mess happened on the last day - it was a bank holoday Monday and at check in we were told breakfast will be from 7 to 11 for our whole stay as it was all holidays. On the Monday though apparently all shut at 10. My wife spoke to the manager as they werent getting any more baguette rolls, and thats what he said and staff too. And we saw loads of people come down and be told and they challenged it because on a holiday it is always same hours as weekend but nothing. Basically not more than a real budget hotel and this hotel should really be mid range to upper mid range if anything....not worth the Hilton name.
Plus the AC didnt work, when put at max cold it was spewing out hot air ??? we just shut it and had ti leave window open.
