Good value for money will use this hotel again I’m sure.
Great location with some good tourist attractions to keep youngsters happy in half term. A good meeting point for family coming from West Wales and others from the Southcoast. Breakfast was pretty good considering it’s included in a reasonable room rate.
Most likely couldn’t be helped with a hotel itself, but there was a lot of night time noise from adjacent rooms which disturbed our sleep. Although dogs were welcome, even with their own goodie bag, I thought the £30 per Dog room charge was quite high because in many ways that was more expensive than the pro rata human cost! Maybe they should have been provided with a cooked breakfast LOL

Convenient location with comfortable room and great staff
Staff were helpful and friendly, car park well lit, room comfortable with usual facilities, nice to have charging ports next to the bed with a decent amount of power. Breakfast was decent enough with a good range of food. Evening meal was nice, quite quick to serve, and the price was competitive with local pubs/reastaurants etc. Given its a drive from the centre, it was nice to have the eating option on site. Whilst the hotel was very close to the M4, the traffic noise could hardly be heard. It was a few minutes drive to Wilkes and the designer outlet was equally a few minutes drive from the hotel.
Air con came on/off during the night, would be nice to be able to have a simple "night mode" on the controls but it didn't affect our stay. Scrambled eggs at breakfast looked a bit dry, but it is a buffet style thing, so its to be expected.
