An absolute pleasure! Stayed at three different IHG hotels in the past three days, this one provided the best service among them all. The gentleman at the reception made our stay trouble free and so welcoming! My daughter had a relaxing stay with her lovely mini-cola bottle. We will definately come back.

The room was perfectly clean and a huge size. The amenities in the room were equally favourable. Although not specifically required, I was allocated an accessible room which, seeing as my wife requires such rooms, it gave me the perfect opportunity to sample the provision available and was delighted. The Great Room restaurant was great, both for dinner and the Complementary breakfast!

Room was great with tea/coffee iron and hair dryer more than we expected and better equipped than the 4 star hotel I stayed in two nights before in Lisbon. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered promptly as promised.

Although close to M4, hotel was very quiet. No motorway noise. Check in was carried out in a quick but informative manner by a very pleasant helpful young lady. Room was located on first floor and was clean and tidy and warm on entering. Evening food menu had a reasonable selection to choose from and no complaints with our choices. Bar service was efficient with a reasonable selection of drinks. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and was plentiful and tasty. The breakfast area was managed by the reception staff who carried out their duties in a friendly efficient manner. Free parking is a bonus at the hotel. More than happy to stay their again if in the area.

Very helpful receptionist on arrival . Others in my party didn't check in until nearly midnight so different check in staff but also very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good - help yourself buffet style, but they did close the service bang on time so make sure you are there and served before the cut off. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Standard and type C USB charging points in several spots in the room. Wi Fi connection was good. Lots of parking spaces. Couldn't really fault it and great value for money.

Breakfast was stated as 06:00 which was key for an appointment. Came down for breakfast to see a sign stating 06:30, so too late unfortunately. Apart from that, the rest was excellent.

The hotel was very well located near Swindon retail outlet. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and being a buffet meant you could have as much or as little of everything as you wanted. The man on reception, at check in, was really welcoming, friendly and efficient. Overall, a great stay.

Nice stay in gemeral however we were woke at 3am by an abusive guest shouting, swearing and banging on doors. I did ask them to keep it down as it was very late and were and others were trying to slerp, she however replied with abuse and carried on. I called reception and the night msnager attended, i believe he too was met with the same amount of abuse. The hotel gandled it the best they could. Just an unfortunate experience.

No car park spaces available on arrival. Check in ok but friendlier staff on the morning shift when leaving. Both evening staff were grumpy and “doing you a favour” by doing their job. Customer lift has seen better days and food offer was ok for dinner and breakfast. Unlikely to return.

Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely. The hotel and room were absolutely fine. I can't comment on the area because we were just passing through. It's very convenient for the motorway and not too far from a delicious Thai restaurant.
