Location was excellent, staff where very accommodating and friendly and the 24 hour tea and coffee station brilliant
Was noisy at night but this is due to location I feel. Room was also quite warm

I booked this for my husbands 60th. I booked the Ascot Suite as there were 3 of us. From start to finish it was amazing. The lady on the desk Friday when we arrived was so friendly, she explained everything from how to work the complementary coffee machine to where we needed to go once we left the accommodation. Nothing was a problem for her. The room was fantastic, views over the racecourse, the extra bed was made up for our son, all the facilities we needed were in the room.
Coffee machine was complementary 24 hours and fresh warm croissants available 8am until 10am also complementary.
We were told it was limited parking so booked else where, but on arrival we found plenty of parking spaces. You have 30 minutes before being charged, plenty of time to unload or pack up.
Very close to center, a 5 minute walk if that.

Toilet paper holder needs fixing and a little more dusting.

The facilities were great
We were kept awake all night by a water hammer. Every time someone turned a tap on or used the toilet it went off
