Great location and style.
The room was a little tired looking, phone info was peeling of the phone, lack of lighting at the mirror was also a little problem.

I found the staff very kind and acomdationing
The decor its very dated and tatty, dark and not in keeping with building.
As small woma n i was alarmed by the height of the bed and very mascline room.it was so dark and full of extemly diffcuilt decor why is the kettle in the wardrobe ? In a dark corner?
The windows where very dirty.
When needing to have a meal we where forced to eat in bar due my dogs it was advertised as dog friendly.
Mine are assitant dogs which they are to attend all areas.
My vist was an emergency vist and i needed rest but it was problematic as room and bar where not calm
The hotel isnt what it seemed which was dispointing .

Cupboard door hanging off in room.
Breakfast poor, 40 min wait for an overcooked boiled egg. Only one tea/coffee machine for entire hotel. Really not good for a hotel of this standing. Premier Inn & Wetherspoons offer better breakfast experience

Rooms comfortable
We ate at the hotel when we arrived. Food was very overpriced for what we had and was cold when it arrived.
The following day we waited 45 mins for a cooked breakfast.
Clearly not enough waiting staff on duty and due to the quality of the food and wait times, indicates possibly not enough kitchen staff either. Very disappointed. Expected better for the price
