Perfect location and the fact they take dogs.
The only small negative was it didn’t have its own car park. There is a council run one opposite.

Location & the bathroom
General cleanliness poor - lifts & windows. On 5th floor & one of the two lifts out of order for 3 days we were there. Tap over bathroom sink far too low - can’t get kettle under it, end up filling with a cup - hardly classy.
