It was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted, the parking had plenty of spaces, the breakfast was great value, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful and friendly

Worth it.

Well placed for Warwick castle. Nice breakfast area. A young lady, “in training” who was ever so helpful (can’t remember her name, sorry, was so friendly and polite.

Bed side shelf was not flat so can’t be used. Shower was tepid.

Overall decent stay with hygiene lacking but everything else hotel wise was good.

The bed was very comfortable and the gymnasium was nice. Most of the staff were very friendly.

Quite poor, black pudding and bacon very hard and spent too long under the heat lamps so were left. There were no sausages ( the chef told me they ran out the day before).

You can tell that this hotel has seen better days. It was clean, but lacked updates. Hinge coming off from cupboards, broken hairdryer, air condition outdated and thus gurgling.

the position of the hotel was ideal albeit on an industrial estate Not sure about the public transport from here

We were given a room 17, that was not on the booking list due to not having hot water, so we were there 24 hours then needed a shower and no hot water. Moved to another room with hot water but a brand new shower and unfortunately was not fitted properly and flooded the bathroom and soaked the carpet in the bedroom too. Reception brought us 2 towells, and informed us that they were between maintenance men and had no other room available. We were on a 4 day stay and will not stay again, Reception offered us 2 drinks vouchers however we do not drink,

Uncaring staff

Bed was comfortable

Air conditioning didn’t work so the room was freezing. The member of staff dealing with it was too busy to care. I had to stand at the reception for over 15 minutes with no member of staff there waiting to be able to speak with someone. No apologies for the room being cold. 15°’s is too cold for a comfortable night.

Booking.com hadn't communicated our booking with the hotel - luckily there was rooms available but if there hadn't we would have been left to find a hotel elsewhere, late in the day with a young family. It's probably worth ringing the hotel to check before you arrive if booking through booking.com

Restful stay - great location.

Rooms are modern and well-equipped, .quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. Offered good variety for Breakfast. Free parking available for guests. Staff were attentiveness and receptive.

Requested early check-in but it wasn’t available. Also experienced issues logging into the WiFi after breakfast on the day of departure.

we basically very much enjoyed our weekend but would have appreciated a better located room

The room was clean and comfortable - breakfast was good enough, plentiful and varied, the staff were friendly and we had hardly any waiting time for attention.

The location is great, very well-placed for Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford. Unfortunately our room was on the road side of the hotel - quite a busy and noisy main road - traffic noise even with the window closed - we asked for another room, including offering to pay extra for a premium room but were told the hotel was completely full.

Outrageously bad ‘fitness centre’. Tiny, cramped, awful equipment, not even a bench or mat and dirty. The walls in the room are very thin; I could hear my neighbour’s snoring.

Leaking air con - damp floor musky smell and waterfall flooded room had to be re roomed. In new room black mould on the windows, curtain didnt cover window so let in the light as soon as the sun came up. Hair dryer was burning and blowing out black smoke
