An overall outstanding stay, all the staff were excellent, going out of their way to ensure you were happy and comfortable.
The layout and decor was fabulous, very thoughtful details throughout the bar, restaurant and hotel. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if in the area. Food was also excellent and very well priced

The hotel is in a great location right in the town centre and near the castle being only a 3 min walk away.
The hotel is spotlessy clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly.
There is only about 7 parking spaces at the back of the hotel and the nearest over night car park is a short distance away but it does not allow you to pay for over not parking until 6pm so you have to go back and pay for parking after 3 hours which is really annoying.

Really nice hotel, felt very bougie especially for the price we paid! Very central, everything is within a 5 minute walk. The room was lovely and the radio was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, both continental and cooked available. Over all we really enjoyed.
Cooked breakfast took a little while but we were told of that ahead of time so not really an issue.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and staff very helpful and friendly.
Not a dislike but the double room would have been a bit snug if two people had shared it.

The renovation has made a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful and facilities seemed great.
Upon arriving at the hotel we waited 20 mins plus for anyone to be at reception desk, there was no button to press for service and nobody around who seemed to be associated with the hotel or willing to assist. This is not great as I'm disabled so wanted after a long drive to just get into our room, however once someone did attend to us, despite having paid in advance, we were told that there may not be a room for us?! I advised them that if we have been able to pay , then surely a room should be available! I had advised them that we would be checking in late, and was assured that wouldn't be a problem. So to be told that there may not be was a shock. There was no apologies, just an uninterested staff member who found a key from the back and walked off, when I asked where he was going he said would have to see if there is a room ready or not as not all of them get cleaned straight away and if not we would have to go elsewhere! At this point it was even later and the chances of finding another hotel were slim, plus after having paid for this one in advance, I had spent the budget on that room and was advised it could take three business days to refund. When he came back he said he had found us a room and handed me the key. No explanations on breakfast or how to access the hotel after hours etc.

I was surprised at how lovely this hotel was. The room was great, big bathroom which was very clean. The bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities were plentiful and free bottled water. There was a hand written welcome on the note pad which was a lovely gesture.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend the hotel.

Nice decor throughout, good sized bedroom and lovely staff. Very central location.
The radiator in our room didn't work but the heated towel rail in the bathroom was hot so we left the door open and the room was warm enough.

Car Parking - I had to leave my car overnight at West Rock car park which I was not happy about and it was an additional cost to our stay of £12.00

The newly refurbished hotel has been re-done to a very high standard. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and in keeping with the age of the building but with a modern twist. We stayed for one night only visiting the Christmas Light Trail at Warwick Castle. We had an amazing Sunday lunch at the hotel before going to the castle, which is only a few minutes walk away. We have visited this hotel a number of times before but this visit was by far the best since the renovations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The car park is quite small.

We were very impressed by the hotel renovations having stayed here previously.
It has a lovely homely feel and very cozy.
Fantastic location for the town , racecourse, pubs and restaurants.
The only small issue we had was a problem with the fan in the bathroom not turning off when the light was switched off.

Location good, Breakfast good, Bedroom very nice but was cold we stopped in room on top floor in the eves from the shape of the room, our room was 209 heating not on or working in that room, Bar was asl good but Guinness and bitter not working was informed there was no beer gas for these products.
As mentioned the room was lovely but on our stay heating in that room not working so was a little chilly as the weather was exceptionally cold as there was till snow evident outside.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating, Rooms very clean, decent size room (we stayed in room 208). breakfast was good. location was excellent. hotel had a very warm cosy feeling.
only real negative was the size of the shower (standard single shower) but wit hthe space there probably not a lot that could be done with it.

Breakfast was served at your table and to a very high quality.
Unfortunately, very limited parking. That was OK, I think what there is should be reserved for disabled and elderly. We used Just Park and parked at Sainsbury's nearby.

We had an evening meal, the pie of the day, chicken leek, and mushrooms with freshly baked mustard/mash potato, winter green cabbage and asparagus.
Just what we needed after a drizzly day out in Stratford upon Avon.
Wasn't able to find anything at all.
And I looked everywhere 😊

I particularly liked the radio playing Classic FM as I entered the room. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was great and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming.

Ideal place right in the heart of square close to the castle
Still doing a bit of redecorating so lots of workmen about .,but they’re really pleasant. Sure once all the updates are done it will be a nice place and visit, unfortunately the TV in the room was unable to watch . We did report it twice . They came to fix it , but apparently work men on the roof had accidentally moved the Ariel. . Sure they will adjust it soon ..
we don’t sit in and watch TV . But we like to watch the daily news . In the mornings..
Otherwise. It’s a lovely place to stay.

The room was great with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Decorated very tastefully and very clean.
The food was very nice and the staff were lovely.
The only minor issue was the service at dinner. We waited for over an hour for our food and half an hour for drinks. It wasn't very busy so we were a bit surprised. The staff were perfectly nice and accommodating so we assume it's all teething problems as the Hotel has not been open very long.

Quiet room outside in the annex. Good breakfast included in room rate.
No allocated disabled parking although we were assured a spot would be saved. Very difficult to walk to bedroom in the annex over uneven surfaces with cars parked where they shouldn't be. Unable to get a drink as residents after 11pm the first 2 night although assured by staff the 1st night that it would be possible. No communication between the reception and bar staff partly caused this and we were told lies by reception. A few disgruntled folks coming in after 11 expecting to get a drink.
