The room was really nice & comfy. The breakfast was lovely & staff welcoming & friendly

As there were stairs in the room there was green safety light in the room which was a little bright. A sleep mask sorted that issue but other wise perfect stay & wouldnt put me off returning or recommending

Handy fantastic value for money but just be mindful of the noise.

Loved the style of the property. Decorated well. Breakfast choice was good and great value. We had an evening meal which was amazing with. If portions and good value for money. The staff were efficient polite and friendly. Shower in room was great and room was really well decorated and clean. Beds were made and fresh towels daily.

The very right car park and we found it difficult to park elsewhere as the market was on and the parking outside the front of the hotel was closed off. It was very noisy but you’re going to expect that staying above a pub. Also the evening before market day there was a lot of noise due to constructing the market. Also be aware that the walls are very thin we could hear every word of next doors phone call. It didn’t bother me so much but it did my partner as he doesn’t sleep at the best of times. Also filling the kettle up was challenging given the size of the basin. Having said that we still had an amazing stay.

Can’t recommend too highly.

Lively and popular but not too noisy. Great room, comfy beds, plenty of tea & coffee etc, lovely hot shower, cosy and inviting. Exceptionally clean, great food for evening meal and breakfast. Free on site parking, a bonus. All the staff were fabulous, literally nothing was too much trouble. All staff were professional, friendly and only too happy to help. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Parking is tight and needs a little patience and skill.

Nice place to stay and eat

Location is good, food is very good, staff are very helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean, tea and coffee in the room also shower gel and shampoo. Bed was very comfy

Welcoming and very good value

The staff are friendly and helpful. A male member of staff went out of his way to help us locate the car park which was hard to find. The rooms were very clean and comfortable There was a slight mix up on the requested single beds but again the staff handled it extremely well

Our only complaint was the dining room was cold for breakfast. No other problems

The staff were utterly amazing. The food was great. The rooms was cosy. Noise from the pub below was significant, but we didn't mind it at all.

The waitress confused my breakfast order, but I enjoyed it anyway.

Poor Service and lacking professional approach.

The food was good. Location in the center was excellent and on site parking very handy as a result.

Booked a double bed - upon arrival was openly told they had given my room to another guest - so I ended up with a twin. I'm on the large size and felt let down and had a rough nights sleep as a result. Missed breakfast as a result. Light switched x 2 faulty and not working. Towles felt like sandpaper, and as for the shower would only throw out a small trickle of HOT water and so a very eye opening chilled shoer had in the morning. I asked for a VAT invoice for my stay. They don't provide this and ask you to write an email and ask for it. 4 emails, 9 phone calls resulted in an emailed invoice,....but 9 days later. So unprofessional and amazed they are in business. Their a several alternatives so avoid.

Amazing Staff and Delicious Breakfast!

Easy and friendly check in at the property, spacious clean room, nice view of the square. Have to say a big thank you to Alice who was fantastic and went out of her way to make our stay fantastic. The breakfast was also incredible!!!

Wonderful as always!!

We have stayed several times over the years, usually for the Carol Service at Warwick Castle. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We had food in the evening this year and that was exceptional......maybe the best rib eye steak I have ever had!! Looking forward to our next stay!

The noise was awful. Live music on the Saturday right below us which went on until 11.30. Noise from staff in kitchen, general loud music,staff upstairs and creaking floors There were steps in the bedroom and a very bright green light on in the middle of the ceiling. There was wood surrounding the tiny sink which meant the kettle had to be filled with a cup.the wooden surround meant it wasn't very clean

Pretty good overall

Room itself was great, bed pretty comfortable (it was memory foam mattress) and plenty of space with desk area and pretty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Bathroom a good size and with all necessary amenities but i could not get the power shower to produce warm (never mind hot) water so had to have tepid/cold shower. The options for breakfast were excellent, included in the price, and very tasty indeed. Staff overall were laid back but very pleasant overall.

The only issue is the plug sockets by the mirror and dressing table cant be used by a hairdryer or straighteners etc as the wood underneath blocks them from being inserted properly!

We enjoyed our stay and we would return if ever back in Warwick.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Tilted Wig and the free car park at the back was a bonus but only a few spaces. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent but worth noting that breakfast is not served until 08.30.

An earlier breakfast would be great.

It was lovely, friendly, clean. the food was outstanding, good fresh produce and Luke the chef knew how to use it, very well priced, lots of choice, classic and modern. Live music both nights, yes it was loud but it's a pub The staff took the trouble to chat and were very friendly. The room was well equipped and clean. Would highly recommend staying here.
