This is a lovely hotel . Very nice room , comfortable and clean. Bathroom was excellent. The dinning area was very nice , food was excellent and the staff were so helpful. In the morning for breakfast the lady who served me even made sure my dog got his own sausage for breakfast . Lovely friendly feel about the place and perfect location to explore the town. Highly recommended.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing & there was plenty to choose from. Pizzas were out of this world. The only down side was a nasty smell from the rooms bathroom. The smell was so overwhelming at times we needed to run the shower & taps as it seemed to be coming from the drainage system.

The place needs some TLC as it is looking tired. Dodgy plug sockets in the room that need to be addressed and black mould in the bathroom. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall an okay stay.

A nice and cozy hotel in Warwick. Very friendly and welcoming service. Great breakfasts however consider waiting time as they prepare it per your order. The rooms were clean and air conditioned but quite small. The WiFi was flawless. They also have restaurant on side, we tried pizza and duck leg and both were really good and at reasonable price.

The central heating in the bedroom and bathroom was not working - "an engineer has been called". I was told the air conditioning unit could be reversed to provide heating but only when I had gone to reception to complain. There was a small oil heater in the room which had next to no effect on temperature. None of this solved the lack of bathroom heating. But the staff are friendly and the cooked breakfasts excellent. I was given a £30 refund but the room should not really have been booked out in a cold spell in this condition.

Hotel rooms are very unappealing. Very run down, damaged and dirty walls / ceilings in room and bathroom. Very dimly lit room, as window looked straight out into a brick wall, not the hotels fault clearly, but then to not provide adequate lighting in the room itself is the hotels fault. We paid £180 for one night, which I think is VERY expensive for what you actually get. Would I recommend staying here, no I would not. The staff in the restaurant and restaurant itself is lovely, the hotel, just avoid is my advice.

Fast, friendly check in, arrived early and were given a better room than we had booked and were allowed access immediately, which was great as it was really raining. Right in the centre of warwick, walking distance to everything, but it was monday and loads of shops and restaurants were shut which was disappointing but still found some great pubs and a brilliant thai restaurant.

Room was comfortable and spacious, well decorated and had all the facilities i needed. The air con unit didn't work though, which was a slight let down as the first night was very warm and i couldn't open the windows. the breakfast was excellent, although not the biggest variety, it was well cooked and delicious. The staff were friendly and the onsite restaurant was good.

Review I thought that, with the price I was being charged, that I was going to enjoy a luxurious experience - £160 a night in central Warwick. I’ve stayed in other places there due to family visits and thought this one would be a lovely time to chill in between looking after my wee grandson. I had driven down from Scotland and I got into my room. When they said single room, they meant single room. A single bed in a room the size of my cupboard at home, a tiny bathroom with a shower that I could hardly move in (and I am not large). I have to say that the staff were wonderful, but that room! I was offended. I spent over £300 to be super uncomfortable!

A pleasant surprise! We arrived late evening in heavy rain. So good to have a warm welcome from Reception and then to find that our room (9) was comfortable, well appointed and spacious. There was some traffic noise but it was not really disturbing. The cooked breakfast was excellent; more fresh fruit etc would have been welcome. Service was friendly and efficient. Convenient for the old centre of Warwick.

Breakfast due to start at 7:30 so I arrived on the dot. Juices and milk were only just being put out and there seemed to be no cooking going on. There were about 6 people already seated. When approached after 6 minutes,as I was in a rush that day I asked if the server could give me an idea of how long it would take to cook a full breakfast - she could not give me any answer. I opted to just have a bowl of cereal. If breakfast starts at at 7:30 it should be served or servable at that time. Not impressed.
