Ideal location for a day at Warwick Castle and a good night's sleep afterwards. The staff are excellent ... so friendly and helpful. And car park right outside. Got a brilliant price from Agoda which included parking and breakfast ... would definitely recommend

Couldn't fault our stay. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were attentive and couldn't do enough to help make it a great experience. Room was spotless, perfectly laid out and toiletries provided. The impressive decor theme helped to impress upon the overall experience of Warwick Castle. Option for reduced price entry tickets to the Castle too! Breakfast was delicious, didn't opt for lunch/dinner however looked lovely with plenty of choice. We'll done all round!

It’s funny how simple things become so important. The check in process seemed to assume I’d been there before. Room temperature fluctuated between cold and hot, with seemingly no in between and slow to adjust. Poor nights sleep as a result, which is basically the way to judge a hotel stay I guess. And bizarrely the communal areas were too hot and the breakfast area (for example) too cold. Breakfast average and mine was cold but good range of items. Comfy bed, big room and plenty of beds if you have a family so I can see why it could be seen as good value. Surprisingly disappointing, unfortunately.
