Hosts were very friendly. Italian Moma "Bruna" greeted us on arrival and gave us a map too which was handy too. Next mornings cooked breakfast was lovely, hot and fresh. Off road parking round the back was easy to find and between two houses a few doors down, and spacious, you can also enter properly from there through conservatory to save you the walk around to the front main access door. The room was very clean and tidy as was the bathroom, fresh towels also provided. Thankyou for your hospitality and Yes we would stay here again.
Slight down side..we stayed in room 5 which is on the back of the property which we thought initially perfect, however once we had settled for the night and it was oh so lovely and quiet we heard every 5 minutes or so a sound like a pump/valve opening and a subsequent sound lasting 10 seconds if that, but as it was every 5 /6 minutes just as we were about to drift off it would go again so difficult not to hear or switch off to and it was too late at night we felt by then to raise it with anyone plus we also thought it may just stop on its own, but sadly no. But despite that we would stay again.

Great decor, friendly staff, comfortable room which was fair value for money
Pillows were within an inch of their lives, I used 4… the shower was pretty lacklustre and when I changed the setting to colder, it produced scalded hot water
One of our cups was not washed up, bedroom not immaculate but generally clean.
