A pleasant stay but could have been better with a few tweaks

Great decor, friendly staff, comfortable room which was fair value for money

Pillows were within an inch of their lives, I used 4… the shower was pretty lacklustre and when I changed the setting to colder, it produced scalded hot water One of our cups was not washed up, bedroom not immaculate but generally clean.

Enjoyable short trip in Warwick

Great location in and around Warwick. We were meeting some friends in Warwick at the hotel and it was lovely setting. The breakfast was lovely in the morning with plenty of choice on offer. Additionally the man who served us was extremely friendly and nothing was too much. A great time spent.

Not much I can say, we weren't there long but from the short time we were there, it was relaxing. The only difficulty was finding the hotel car park which is towards the back of the property. It can be difficult to spot, even during the day.

Comfortable and convenient last-minute find

I booked this place very last minute around 5pm after everything else in Warwick was fully booked, and they still had one room available at a fair price considering how late it was. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with hot water, so I had a good stay overall. The location is great, very close to shops, and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. I’d happily stay again.

Lovely Little B&B!

Little gem of a place, had a lovely room and very peaceful night. Train delayed so ended up coming quite late, but was still made to feel very welcome. Easy walk to town and castle. Fabulous breakfast!

Wonderful weekend stay at the Cambridge Villa!

Wonderful, characterful guesthouse with a real homely feel. We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Brunha, who has run the villa for over 30 years and loves to share her stories! Hearty, tasty and well cooked breakfast by Marko, Brunha's son. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided us genuine hospitality during our 2 night stay. Our room was a superior double, incredibly warm and comfy, with a very spacious and well equipped ensuite. Highly recommended if you want a family run, cosy guesthouse within walking distance from the town centre.

Bathroom was very disappointing. No hot water in the hand basin. Bedroom was very basic.

Nice place in good location but a few issues

Good location. Friendly hosts. Lovely new breakfast room. Large car park. Comfortable bed.

Room wasn't made up after 2nd night. Only 1 towel each provided for 3 night stay. No spare toilet roll provided. No vegetarian breakfast option.

Excellent.

The room of the hotel was very clean tea and coffee facilities supplied. I have a lactose intolerance and the management went out of their way to make sure I had the correct milk. The breakfast room was spotless and again breakfast was served immediately. I could not complain about anything. I would gladly advise my friends and family to visit.

The friendliness of the family and staff who run the hotel. It was in close proximity to all the places I wanted to visit. Warwick Castle Leamington Spa for business and then Stafford Upon Avon. Each venue was only 10 minutes drive to each destination. Restaurants and local friendly run pubs, all in walking distance

Perfect for a couple of days in Warwick

Very good location, ten minute walk to Warwick castle, and five minute drive to Leamington. Bed very comfortable and parking directly behind the property. Breakfast was lovely

Such a pleasant stay!!!

First and foremost, we fell in love with the family that owns/runs the property! We felt welcome from minute one until we left. The room, although small, was quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was within comfortable walking distance from the railway station and the local attractions. If we return to the area, we will stay there again.

Pleasant Stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The momma is wonderful, warm, welcoming and has a great sense of humour. We met son at breakfast where we had questions about the building. You can tell they still put love and respect the old building......Room was average. Large bathroom. Breakfast choices above average for a BnB. Large patio at back would be wonderful in summer to sit out with a bottle of wine. Private carpark big plus for town centre.

We cant say we didnt like anything. What i would suggest it a small rug each side of bed to add a bit of warmth to the room and give a cosy feel....the room itself was lovely colours and modern just lacked that warmth.

Good room with some nice furnishings, big bathroom. The staff were great, very friendly on arrival, and at breakfast, even set up a table outside for a morning coffee.

I am being.picky because the room was very good, but on leaving, I looked under the bed and saw an old sock and lots of dust. Mattress and pillows were just 'OK'. But, we would stay again.

Breakfast was great with a good selection and an excellent cooked meal. The room and bathroom particularly were spotlessly clean.
