Great welcome from the "Italian Mama" and her family. Really good, freshly cooked breakfast. The location was brilliant -just a short walk into town. Bus stop just outside for a trip into Leamington or Stratford. Local parks were lovely. The Mill House Garden was a great place to sit and relax - well worth a visit.
A slip mat for the bath would be good please. It's a deep bath and people might have difficulty climbing in and out.
A biscuit with the tea tray?

Easy check-in. Car park available adjacent to the hotel. Very friendly staff, family-run business with attention to detail.
Everything was fine. No improvement needed
