To tell the truth i worked in Warwick for seven years and i would walk past the hotel thinking wonder what its like inside ? Its three-year later and i am so glad i stayed there ☺️ the room was clean and warm, a big tv and good quality tea and coffee that was topped up every day the linen was changed every day to , the room i had first floor opposite the local shops and a busy rd was fine because of the double glazing, if you are travelling by train it is honestly a five minute walk to the hotel if you in a car yes its first come first served for the parking but plenty of spaces on the rd . 10 / 15 minute walk to town or 10 minute to the wonderful park, the staff are absolutely 💯 spot on , would i stay again 200% yesssss

Really friendly staff and a warm, clean and well appointed room with a good sized bath in the en suite
The TV would not get any BBC channel, annoying with the Olympics going on and I had to go to reception to ask for a plug for the bath.

The room is clean and well-organized.
We faced a serious problem: there is no in-person reception available. To obtain the keys, guests must call a phone number. However, I am a foreigner and did not have access to phone calls. Fortunately, I found someone (another guest) who was able to call the reception on my behalf; otherwise, I would not have been able to access the keys. The ease of collecting the keys was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, even though been more expensive than other options. So this situation fell far short of my expectations. The hotel should use the booking messaging system to provide support for guests who may not have access to phone calls, especially when a full-time reception service is not available.
