A basic but comfortable hotel which is good value for money and close to all the local amminties.

The room was basic but comfortable it had all the facilities that you would expect in a hotel room such as a kettle, TV and wardrobe. All in all it was a cosy room , clean and the bathroom was the same. The hotel is within a 10min walk of Lemington town centre so location is good. Warwick is just down the road as well as Stratford upon Avon from the hotel which is a bonus.

The room was a bit cold on arrival. but after putting on the radiator it was fine. I had some loud guests that woke me upat 2am which was annoying but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. Parking can be a bit hit and miss especially on the weekend even though there are two car parks.

Friendly staff, free parking, good location to town, spacious clean bathroom , free wifi, plentiful tea and coffee

Very small and very dark room, which was made worse by one of the lamps not working (we reported this but nothing was done to resolve), window streaming with condensation, barely any plug sockets in room and none near bed so not possible to use / charge phones whilst in bed, overall hotel quite tired decor, no lifts, room not seviced

Good hotel stay for the cost.

Good, free parking. Bed was very comfortable and large in size. A very good bedroom for the cost of the property.

The bath wasn’t very clean and the bathroom as a whole showed a lot of signs of age. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice.

Excellent value for money. I had half board. The food was good. I should have upgraded- it would still have been Excellent Value.

TV channel selection was poor, but wifi and laptop overcame that. Mirror in bathroom was very high!

Exceedingly disappointing.

Didn't stay for breakfast..despite being offered an alternative room for two hours.

No electricity in my room. Couldn't make tea. Charge my phone. Side lights didn't work. TV didn't work. The smoke alarm flickered on every twenty seconds so brightly i had to put a pillow over my head to block it out. Worst sleep Ive ever had! Very very disappointing. Complained. No compensation. Should have been given something .Won't be coming back and will tell my family to look elsewhere in future.

Good value for the price

I really liked that the hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious and had all the facilities I needed, which was very convenient.

One thing I didn’t like was receiving a call just five minutes after checking out on January 1st. It felt a little unnecessary and over the top.

Comfortable stay with nice breakfast

The room was lovely and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to adjust the heating in the room to suit us as well as open the window for a few minutes for a little fresh air. The parking was easy and the location was excellent for visiting family nearby. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The view from the window of a wall and the bathroom could have done with a heated towel rail - but both minor issues.

Comfy and Mostly Restful Stay

bed comfy, bathroom nice enough, staff helpful. Location on the edge of Leamington and 10 mins walk into town is useful.

First, a 3 am departure by a herd of elephants using the stairs adjacent to the room, followed by 2 hours of relentless bonking in the room above. At one point I thought I'd have to go and finish the job for him so we could all get some sleep.

The location was perfect as I was visiting friends in the area, I had a very enjoyable stay.

I had notified the hotel that I had mobility issues, they obliged and ensured I was on the ground floor, a friend of mine also stayed and she had a room on the upper floor only accessible by stairs. Thank goodness I could be accommodated on the ground floor

The hotel was very nice, I would note that there are stairs at both entrances to the hotel and these can be a challenge for people with mobility issues - thankfully the hotel staff did ensure I was accommodated on the ground floor for me room, I did have to encounter stair at the entrances and also to the restaurant/bar, I did not see any lift available

The bathroom had been updated was very nice the bedroom bit was very small. Bit dated The curtains didn't sit flush with the wall there was a a light at the entrance of hotel that lite up our room. There was cobwebs above the curtains that looks like had been there a while.

Disappointing.

It was nice to have a carpark and the hotel was in walking of distance of the town centre, our room was a reasonable size with a good shower. The first lady in reception was friendly and welcoming.

The radiator in our room did not work, and although an oil filled one was provided it was not very efficient. We stayed two nights and after the first our room was not serviced, so we had to request more milk, tea and clean cups. The bar was very chilly and wasn't manned unless you went in search of the gentleman, who was also the waiter in the dining room. The evening meal was adequate, but took 45 minutes to produce. Altogether we were rather disappointed in our stay and don't think I would return.

In need of maintenance

Friendly staff

Our first room was freezing because the radiator wasn't working and an electric heater wasn't up to the job, so we had to move. Both rooms were very cramped - we had emails before arriving asking us to bid for larger rooms which felt like a bit of a con. The whole place felt quite run down and in need of maintenance and cleaning. We had a mouldy shower, a sink that didn't drain and cracked walls. With a bit of investment it could be really nice.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff

Friendly staff going out of their way to help when problems arise. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant meal we had was excellent. WiFi very good and plenty of free parking

There is a bus stop 5 minute walk from the hotel. Before we found out where it was we walked into town which took us around 30 minutes. So the location for the town centre is not great. Ask at reception and they will direct you to the bus stop

Exactly what I required of a one night hotel stay

Friendly welcome from staff at all times - Reception checking in and out and at breakfast. The room was ideal for a single traveller - very clean, well presented for a new guest and we were able to check in early than our expected arrival time. The bedroom was comfortable and shower was hot and vey clean. Breakfast was plentiful and keep refilled when items were emptied. Easy walk into town and also enough parking available.

The the messaging about upgrading the room auction. This happened more than once. Would have also liked some other fruit available at breakfast than apples or oranges - berries please.

Staff - especially reception team were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and keen too deliver excellent service. Good business overnight location clean and comfortable

Heating in my room didn't work but the team did try to fix it and luckily it wasn't too cold. I was offered extra blankets as all the spare space heaters were in use. The restaurant service was a bit slow and the food is a bit ordinary but perfectly edible and low price. I think most people went out.

Our room was damp with paint coming off the walls. They did move us but we were awoke at 6am fire alarm going off. Foolish guests smoking cannabis in their room. Hope they got thrown out

I booked three rooms to be close together and they were at opposite ends of the hotel and a floor apart. One room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The breakfast plates were cold.

Easy walk into the town. It had pleasant reception staff on checking in.

Boiling hot room on arrival which was still hot even after turning off the radiator and opening a window. Mildew and mould in the shower. Cracked tiles. Grubby sink and toilet. Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom or room. Broken handwash dispenser.
