Amazing Views - Highly Recommend!

The apartment was extremely comfortable for a family of 4. It was lovely sitting on the balcony and enjoying the wonderful view. It was great to be able to finish the day with a dip in the apartment’s pool.

If I had to be picky, it would have been great to have additional amenities. The supermarket is nearby though, which made things easy.

Fabulous apartment with incredible views! ❤️

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with all the amenities you could need and the host was incredibly responsive. Would absolutely return, especially for the outstanding views. We stayed there for 6 nights and never got tired of the views. I'd definitely recommend staying at apartment rosmarino as a group, it's spacious and comfortable. Cafe/bar and restaurant nearby was handy.

The pool was very cold so I'm not sure it was heated and it's a little bit of a trek to Bellagio. It's easy to do the walk into the centre as it's all downhill but the way back is uphill so we ended up getting a taxi most times.

Really minor comment, but the bunch of keys were really large considering we only used 2/3 of them. It was also a little confusing where to leave them on our departure so clearer instructions would be helpful.

Exceptional

One of the most beautiful places that I have stayed! It was a perfect getaway. The location was excellent, and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We really love the new facilities. We will definitely be coming back!

We found that air conditioning would’ve been beneficial. It got quite warm in the apartment, and we found that a fan wasn’t enough. Also if there could be a washing machine, that would’ve been nice too, but not necessary. And air conditioner for sure though.

Pleasant

The apartment looked great and had good facilities. It suits a large family very well. The pool was fantastic and was a real life saver in very hot weather during our stay. Parking garage for our rental car was great. Cozy part of town with small shops and nice restaurants. View from the apartment was great.

Sadly, there was no air conditioning and we couldn't manage the heat of the apartment using the window shutters, but that's probably our fault/inexperience for that kind of system. The temperature was at a steady 29-30° inside the apartment and we eventually had to move to a hotel nearby that had air conditioning. The apartment is a bit of a walk from downtown Bellagio which would be OK apart from the scary roads that you have to walk on (i.e. no sidewalks for a considerable part of the walk), but that's not this apartment's fault. Had to take down a few cobwebs and spiders inside the rooms and bathrooms, but that's understandable for Italy :) Some soap for the bathroom sink would have been nice and we had to buy dishwasher soap (which we left for future guests).

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr rudimentär. Für jemanden der gerne kocht, fehlen einige Utensilien. Wem das nicht wichtig ist, wird das nicht auffallen. Für uns fehlten Balkonmöbel auf dem einen Balkon sowie die Möglichkeit Koffer zu verwahren. Es fehlte für uns etwas Abstellraum.

Fijn appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Prachtig uitzicht, schoon, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, fijn zwembad. Tv met Netflix etc. Eigen parkeergarage.

Door de airco unit op het balkon kun je daar niet zitten omdat het te warm is. Jammer want het heeft een mooi uitzicht over het meer. De airco’s in de kamers werken goed maar maken veel geluid, alsof er een wasmachine aan staat.

Fantastisch schoon en ruim appartement met een super uitzicht op het meer. Het zwembad is zeer goed verzorgd. Het appartement is zeer compleet ingericht.

Niks, het was top. Het appartement is iets verder lopen van het centrum dan ik had verwacht, een half uurtje wandelen naar Bellagio

Gegend traumhaft schön, Appartement Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung.

Das Appartement ist ca. 20 Minuten von Belaggio entfernt, wir sind entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Linienbus gefahren, dieser fährt aber nur bis 19.00 Uhr. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen süßen Lebensmittelladen, zwei nette Bars und einen Milchladen mit eigenen Produkten. Die Aussicht aus dem Appartement ist traumhaft. Die Anlage ist auch sehr schön und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich neu, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (außer ein Kehrbesen), top.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas chaotisch, Mrs. Sara ist nie gekommen, es war eine andere nette Damen da, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, sich aber weiter nicht auskannte. Mrs. Sara sollte am nächsten Tag um 10.00 Uhr kommen und weitere Schlüssel sowie die Garagenfernbedienung übergeben, sie ist nicht gekommen ! Nach langen Warten haben wir angerufen, sie hat uns kurz erklärt wo die Schlüssel versteckt sind, das wars aber auch...keine Einweisung nichts...schade! Der Kompressor der Klimaanlage steht auf dem Balkon, daneben befindet sich der Tisch und die Stühle, es ist nicht möglich dort zu sitzen, da es sehr laut und sehr warm ist. Man darf aber die Klimaanlage nicht laufen lassen, wenn man nicht in der Wohnung ist, wegen Stromausfall. Lässt man am Abend die Klimaanlage laufen, kann man nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen. Am Pool gibt es sehr wenig Schattenplätze, es gibt pro Wohnung drei Liegen aber keine Sonnenschirme. Wären alle vier Wohnungen belegt, wäre es am Pool ziemlich eng.
