Beautiful location for a family beach weekend

Amazing location, really friendly owner who helped us with codes, beautiful big space, left dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods which was very kind, nicely decorated and comfy beds.

Lots of steps, a bit cold when we got there and took a while to warm up, you couldn’t put any of the crockery in the microwave because of the metal edge and we would have loved a long handled broom to sweep up after the little ones - but really minor things! Generally we loved it.

Excellent base to access the best of Llandudno.

It was perfect. We were walking the coastal path from Rhyl to Bangor and it was the perfect base. It had everything we needed.

Good central location

Central location

Stairs were alot. Heating took awhile to come on as on a timer and it was very cold. Would benefit from throws for sofa area and extra blankets on beds. One toilet roll was insufficient for a group for the weekend.

Apartment 1 tired and lack of cleanliness disgusting but location great but won’t stay again

The location

It was disgusting, the oven, fridge and oven trays to use were disgusting so much so we had to eat out for breakfast, the table was a pull out and inside it was covered in crumbs and food, there was still food left by others in the freezer, the bathroom him was rusty and broken, toilet roll holder fell off the soap dish was hanging off, bath wouldn’t fill as plug didn’t work and hot water ran out before bath was filled, beds were damp, the walls upstairs were mouldy and damp and no plug in the sink

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the large windows with views of the sea front and streets. Amongst all the shops cafes and restaurants.

It was up a lot of stairs. I have to walk with a stick as I have a few medical problems. Didn’t realise there would be 46 steps to our apartment.

Excellent location, good overall facilities, but very noisy at night

Excellent location. Only 3 minutes walk from the pier. Clean and tidy. Had been nicely decorated. Great views.

Very noisy at night. Because the building is grade 2 listed, the old sash windows mean you can hear everything going on outside. As the building is located in the town centre it remains active until 2 to 3am. Highly recommend ear plugs!! The bedroom would benefit from secondary glazing.

Perfect location as near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Good sized rooms with lots of large windows.

not enough cutlery - I had to buy more to suit our group. The property is advertised with wifi, however not once were we able to use it for more than a few minutes. we could not watch the tv as that also would work for a minute then go off. the place was not very clean.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment, easy to access.

No hot water in the kitchen, ran it for a long time and still none. Not very well stocked either necessary basics ie no hand soap, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs, very little toilet roll. Cutlery, crockery and glasses were dirty - maybe owing to lack of hot water & cleaning products. Freezer was smelly and not frozen. Noise from pipes was very loud humming noise.

Perfect holiday home in the perfect location

Beautiful holiday home, very spacious and clean. We absolutely loved it! Rooms were very big and in a perfect location. Everything in the kitchen worked, and the home was very secure. Bed were extremely comfy with clean bedding, and sofas were also comfy. Plenty of cutely, plates, and cups, all very clean. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

There weren't thay many issues we found other than the kettle lid wouldn't open (very minor. Still worked fine). The hot water in the bath only stayed hot for so long, and then the bath empited itself after so long, however the shower worked with no issues and in the top floor bedroom the socket wasn't secured to the wall (this was the main one we were more bothered about because we had young kids with us) Other than that, everything else was spot on.

Lovely stay, had everything in the apartment we needed.

Lovely bright apartment, very comfortable beds. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Location is very good for everything. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would book again. The owners of property were always on hand to answer any of my messages on booking.com.

A lovely apartment and would consider staying there again.

Communications with the owner was great, all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The apartment was in a great central location, was easy to access and was well equipped.

The noise from people in the street below went on throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning. It was a bit of a nuisance as it woke us a few times but we certainly don't blame the owner of the apartment, it was Saturday night and people were just out and about enjoying themselves.
