Excellent location very clean beautiful place

Everything was exceptional

Initially, I’d been looking for a hotel room for a couple of nights when I found this flat for about the same price, and which suited my needs so much better. The flat is comfortable, well-equipped, and I was grateful for the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and milk. The flat is located a very short walk to the main high street and promenade and all the central pubs, restaurants, and attractions. I will be hoping to make a return visit at some point in the future.

I don’t know whether it was me being back and leg sore (from too much walking) or whether the bed was uncomfortable, but I didn’t sleep as well as I would have hoped.

Didn't see the key lockbox at first so phoned the number on the sign which wasn't the host. Luckily someone from one of the flats came out and pointed us in the right direction for box.

The property was in a great location and easy to find. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which is always appreciated. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The slowest internet we've seen in years. It seems that multiple apartments in the building share the same WiFi, and it really shows. This might not be a problem ordinarily, but the flat is advertised as having Netflix, Prime etc. These are available in theory, but when the WiFi is so slow they become unusable. It buffers every few seconds, or just doesn't load at all. We weren't able to watch anything which was a shame as we were looking forward to watching Glastonbury over the weekend. There is no live TV, it's all accessed via iPlayer etc, so the TV as a whole is completely unusable. The glass shower doors and wall are covered in traces of other people's shower gel etc, so they clearly don't get cleaned very often and the towels smell a bit. We assumed they don't get properly cleaned either but they might just be musty. The sofa needs to be replaced, the seat cushions may as well be cardboard.

Flat was large, clean and functional. Great location near the town and West Coast.

Internet and TV connection was poor

Clean. Central. Really comfortable bed. Lovely touch leaving drinks, biscuits, milk, tea, and coffee.

lovely little apartment, only problem too many stairs leading up to it ,not their problem it's mine but would love to come back as it was a lovely stay thanks to Samuel for all the little extras he left for us, we will definitely recommend it to family and friends 🧡

stairs at the front a bit steep getting down with a stick but that's nothing to do with the apartment we still enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend to anyone

Very convenient location between the main promenade and west shore. Modern bathroom and great shower! Very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook a proper meal (I didn’t!) and comfy bed.

Being picky could have done with an extra mirror in the hallway near the plug sockets for drying your hair etc. Liked the full length mirror in the bedroom but too far away from plug. Or even just an extension cord for bedroom would do the trick. Minor issue though!

I've stayed at Samuel's place a few times now. It's great! Everything you need in a handy location. Thank you for another great stay. Always appreciate the thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, biscuits and drinks.

The cleaning could have been better.Skirting boards very dirty.Cooker hood full of grease .The shower was the worst.All the grout was black mould around the bottom of the shower.Shower screen not cleaned .

Location. Light apartment. Well-equipped. Welcome wine and biscuits. Mainly clean.

Ridiculous location of the key safe. Had to precariously balance on the ledge to the basement flat while stretching over wheelie bins to try to tap in the code. My arm only just reached. I took a video to show how ridiculous it was. No parking anywhere, even with a blue badge. One day had to park five streets away in torrential rain as nearest space. A lot of steps, up to the from door and then two lots of steps up to the apartment. No instructions for anything. First night we couldn’t get the TV to work. It was torrential rain and we stayed in. But couldn’t watch TV. Contacted host. No instructions for the hob - I’ve never used an induction before so took a while to work out how to even switch it on. No instructions for the heating. Used hand soap in the bathroom, soap streak down the shower screen. Hob was dirty and so were the finger plates around the light switches. Towels too small to actually go around you. Could do with a mirror near a plug or plug near a mirror as you couldn’t dry/straighten your hair. Could also do with either a bigger sofa or a chair, as it’s not ideal sitting right next to each other on a small two-seater all the time. The apartment looks like it has changed hands (guest book)/had a makeover - most of the crockery still has ikea labels on. It’s a really good location apart from the lack of parking. Just a few streets from the front and the centre. The communal stairs could do with a sensor light on, it was quite gloomy of an evening. With a bit more thought, and care re cleaning, and perhaps making better use of the space in the main room, this could be really fantastic. As it is, I wished I’d booked a hotel, as it would’ve been better value. This is first place I’ve booked via booking.com that I have not been 99% impressed with, I’d like to say.

A lovely apartment, clean and tidy. All kitchen equipment needed. Would be good to get towel rail fitted as only 1 set of towels? Unfortunately i was taken ill midway through our holiday,i texted landlord straight away. Would have been good if i could have got part payment back as we lost 3 nights there. Apart from that i would definitely book the apartment again. Thankyou.

Need towel rail in bathroom. No light in hallway. Dvd needed setting up as wrong code given, hdmi 4 correct not hdmi 3 as written on unit.

Was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great as well, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Lovely touch leaving cookies and the bottle of wines for us as well on arrival :)

We couldn't get the induction hob to work, so partner was not a happy chappie as he could not have his eggs. Maybe some instructions how to use the hob should be left somewhere? Although, we are wondering if the pans provided are not compatible with the hob? Only a minor quibble, but a hook behind the bathroom door to hang clothing or a towel would be useful as well because being a small bathroom, there was nowhere to hang anything.

Great convenient location, very close to shops and close to the beach front. Super clean with everything we needed. Parked close by on the street no problem. Thanks so much for a very comfortable stay, hope to be back for another trip soon!

Gostei de tudo! Muito limpo e organizado. Ótima localização. Facil comunicação com o anfitrião. Tinha coca cola na geladeira, leite e biscoitos.. me senti mimada 😌. Até agora o melhor apartamento que eu reservei no Reino Unido! cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo!

L'appartamento è bello e pulito. Con una cucina attrezzata, e spazio abbondante per due persone. La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e ai servizi. Posto strategico per visitare il Galles del nord.
