Property was convenient for what we required, it was close to the facilities
Not fully deep cleaned but sufficient for what we required

The chalet , beds, bedding was super clean. A little dated maybe. Chalet had everything we needed to cook. Park was kept in very clean and tidy order.
Staff were excellent. Children’s entertainment was brilliant
Swimming slots were hard to get/book. Pool was very cold in February.

Accommodation was in a great location, clean, tidy, well maintained and comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped.
We found the bedrooms for this time of year very cold, the little heater under the wardrobe in the bedrooms is really not sufficient, we kept the doors open to the bedrooms at night and turn the lounge heating up.

location
very little hot water ,and no fish and chip shop, even though they were avalible to buy in the cafe but not the same as a chip shop.had to go into town to get that.

Well laid out and in a sunny position. Good flooring.
Furniture dirty and musty. Oven not useable due to revolting smell. Table, worktops and fridge I had to clean before using. Crockery and cutlery needed to be washed before use.

The Staff were good, the entertainment venue was good too
Our shower room was like stepping down into a shed.
The entertainment was poor and short, School had restarted yet the entertainment room appeared to revolve mainly around children

Once I addressed my problems with reception they were very apologetic and addressed the problem immediately. They gave us a new room and upgraded us to gold. All the staff on site were very friendly and pleasant. The holiday park its self was very clean and well kept. 2 nice playgrounds for children to play on. Arcade wasn’t the best but was decent and the food was also tasty and reasonably priced!
On our first night, we were in an ant infested chalet. Reception was closed when I went to report it so had to wait until the next morning. They were everywhere! Crawling around the dining table while eating, in the bedrooms and all over the floor.

Space inside chalet was nice an open though a little dark in the lounge area ,would not put me off from booking again
Bed settee could do with an upgrade ,water proofing on single beds very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on ,also only 5 coat hangers between 2 rooms could have come an got more but didn’t

I checked out after one night because of my holiday house.
I was very disappointed with the accommodation. The entrance to the chalet led directly onto a public walkway where people were constantly passing by, so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times to maintain any privacy. There was no space to have a barbecue or sit outside to relax – which is something you expect when going on holiday.
The beach was also unpleasant, with extremely dirty water and a parking area that completely ruined the atmosphere. The tide was very far out as well.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with my stay.

Lots of room,
Great location opposite the beach drove to Weston burnham and cleavdon.
Lovely weather which was a bonus
Pool a good size but shame no slides for the kids
Shower too small and flooded the bathroom as seal broke
Beds a lil bit hard .
Constant barking from a dog in a chalet further down which was annoying as dog was left alone all the time
Tin opener broken
Apps on tv didn't work and remote temperamental
Went to club house at around 8.30 and it was packed no where to sit, shame outside bar shut to so never used the club.

The reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Even though we are pensioners we enjoyed the fact that th entertainment team were brilliant at keeping the kiddies well entertained 👏
I did book through a third party and was given a pet friendly chalet but the housekeeping staff went up and beyond to get us moved to no pets 🙌

Shop closes early, cash point not working, not much to do onsite entertainment repeats

Staff were great, our daughter is disabled, requiring oxygen therapy and a feeding pump. Her oxygen supplies were arranged to be there ready in our chalet for when we arrived. Her feeding equipment was delivered to which staff carried it down for us.
Any enquiries were sorted, and no matter what help was needed, all staff members were more than happy to help! Not many places these days have a friendly smile and make you feel like a home from home!
We had a couple of ants lodging with us, but it's to be expected with the hot weather.
There is a great little shop on site but nothing else without walking 15ish minutes (or over 30 minutes with a bad back like mine)

Dated and beds very uncomfortable but size of chalet was perfect for us. Love the idea of dog friendly accommodation. Overall clean but lots of limescale in bottom of shower.

We up graded to a caravan but housekeeping needs a lot of attention
To much overlooked in every direction. Up the clubhouse. They state if you take drinks outside then they will give you a plastic glass fine but they don’t tell u that’s an extra £1

Whole chalet clean with good furniture and cooking appliances.
Could do with some hooks or towel rail in bathroom rather than putting towels or robe on the floor when showering.

The pool was a bit tired needs some TLC.

For the price it was great. We travelled as a family of 3 (kids 9+12) and the bronze chalet size was just right, if you're big people you may want more room, especially in the kids room. The location was quiet the entertainment was your typical park kinda stuff. The pool is fun and the kids can try water zorbing for free! There was a hairdryer in the accommodation. It has all the basics. On site shop is very limited but there's a Tesco 10 minute drive away. The chalet was clean although tatty if you look close. It was a cheap weekend that the kids loved!
Nothing major really but if I had to be picky: The leather sofas aren't the most comfortable but that's a personal dislike. The double bed had one side comfortable and one side you could feel the springs. Luckily I had the bed to myself so I could pick a side. Bring a tin opener as both ours and my friends one didn't work. If you like to eat rice bring a sieve as they only have colanders. And no wooden spoons only plastic cooking utensils. The bedroom doors are these weird slidy things but they're not attached at the bottom so if there's any wind and the windows are open (we came during the mini heatwave) they bang about. Easily rectified though by shoving some tissue between the door and wall.

Warm, helpful, and very accommodating welcome despite our +11pm arrival.
The chalet was exceptionally clean, a great sized space with all equipment and accessories we needed to hand.
You couldn't tell the chalets accommodated dogs because the high standard of cleanliness was SO good, your cleaners are definite keepers!!
We didn't use the bar or cafe as we were visiting with family close by, but they both appeared very nice and the shop was well stocked at reasonable prizes.
We loved the close proximity to the beach 😆 and lovely lavender edged green borders.
Thank you to all for helping make our stay so enjoyable.
Recycling wasn't clearly labelled for sorting & with new mandates coming in (some areas are live), I guess that's something that will need reviewing & implementing.
Our adult children (18 & 22) were alittle uncomfortable on the single beds, but Im guessing they're made for younger lighter children, so we would bring quilts to cushion next time.

Chalet was filthy. Months worth of dirt and grim. Shower curtain needed to be burnt. Shower itself was disgusting black and covered in mould. Food on cutlery. Curtains all broken and hanging down. Noise at 1.30am no security would answer call.

Close to the beach. Lovely staff. Good entertainment.
Chalet wasn’t very clean. Plates in the cupboard still had food on them. Bathroom needed re decorating. Could do with a dust pan and brush in the accommodation when travelling with a dog.

Everything needed in chalet
Car parking. Perhaps angle the spaces so get more cars in
8.0 / 10.0
Chalet was good sizewise. Liked the grass area outside. Very close to club.
No hooks in bathroom for towels. Bought 2 sticky hooks for the wall. It was smelly urine. Smell bad by loo bought 2 air freshners to put there. The pipework was shoddy and the wall panels very badly fitted. The wardrobe space was non existant not long enough for shirts the hanging space no where for dresses. Bathroom door was very hard to close the hinges appeared to be held on by loose screws
