Nicely situated.
Quite a drive to convient shops.
Lack of “welcome pack” supply…. I.e small milk, bottle of water, n first morning small breakfast supply ( croissant, butter , jam) would have been a nice touch!

Value for money. Views to the ocean. Comfortable for a family of 4. Great pool area. Peaceful.
The location right next to the township and factories made me apprehensive but once inside the complex you’d never know. Could do with a few condiments for cooking. Other than that, it’s such great value for money.

Friendly lovely welcome, secure, we could hear the ocean from the unit. Great wifi and enjoyed the gassbraai
Pillows are worn out and the bed in the main bedrooms matrass needs an upgrade. Cutlery needs some attention especially the sharp knives

The security in the estate.
Peaceful pretty estate.
THE SHOWER EVEN THOUGH SMALL HAS A GOOD SUPPLY OF HOT WATER AND was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BECAUSE ITS DETACHABLE , making italian guest comfy due to the lack of bidet use in SA.
A handy heater was needed due to rainy cold weather and was appreciated.
Unit has an internal high humidity factor.
Wifi was good.
Lydia went out of her way to accommodate and keep us informed and updated with weather problems etc.
Sufficiently equipped to supply lighting and a gas burner when the area experiences loadshedding.
The unit was cleaned on request and fresh linen supplied without a problem.
Having seen two upstairs units & comparing them to nr 63...we did notice a great difference. NR 63 IS A BIT "TIRED", needing maintenance/revamp in general. Being close to the sea we did expect a high humidity % but not water seeping through the window and wind blowing through the closed sliding door.
The unit was superficially clean. The kitchen cupboards were visibile dirty with outdated cooking utensils eventhough there were sufficient items . The bathroom is very small thus making deep cleaning difficult and there is an evident smell of stale urine which I tried to eliminate without success. The shower leaks water onto the floor.
The curtains and windows were dirty.(windows understandable at the cost)
TV available but one has to stream for eventual viewing.
