While the host was very nice, this property did not live up to expectations. It was not clean. The floors were dirty enough that the bottoms of my feet were black from walking barefoot. Dirty walls, dirty furniture. The furniture is not nice. One bedroom had a ceiling fan disabled with all the blades removed. The other bedrooms fan was so noisy, nobody would want to sleep in it. And there were no other fans available and no air conditioning. Its also a drive past a rather large settlement, not near the nice part of town at all and a bit isolated.
