Beautiful complex well kept and secure.
Was not aware its near a squatter camp and that had me concerned but once inside the complex non of that affects you or your safety.

The ocean view was beautiful and host was really lovely, communicated well and was helpful.
The location is right next to a township - not ideal especially when traveling with two small children. The building is very run down with broken tiles as you walk up the stairs, surrounding buildings in the complex are quite run down and need maintenance.
Inside the unit, the bowls were chipped but Madeleine said they will be replaced annually as guests can be quite hardy with them.
We needed a cleaning service, and unfortunately couldn’t arrange one on the day we’d asked for so my recommendation would be to let guest know how far in advance they need to confirm the cleaning service.
