Absolutely not what was described and announced.

Nothing at all. We booked another apartment somewhere else.

The address mentioned on Booking was not the real address. The location was not as described - next to a slump! The apartment was not findable, the indication in the compound were contradictory. Nobody seems to know where the apartment was. The guard took a piece of chewing gum out of his mouth to stick our parking permit onto the windshield - yuck!

The place was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

We didn't get the chance to swim because the swimming pool was full of kids and we didn't know where is the fire place to do our braai so we had to use an oven which was not our plan as for the host no one atleast a warm welcome and host to take us through everything but we didn't get that

The apartment was Beautiful.

It was quite small. We traveled with my parents, and the shower setup required stepping into the bath in order to use it, which posed a slight safety hazard. The property is located in a complex across from a rural area, yet within an industrial zone. Even though we are in South Africa, the surroundings were rather unexpected

The group enjoyed their stay despite initial problems getting access to property

Very clean and well maintained

The entrance gate close to the property did not work. Had to go to the main entrance and was shocked to see the close proximity to all the shacks. However. Once through the gate We felt safe. Please sort out the side entrance gate to avoid the use of Main entrance which will avoid any negativity . The place itself was fabulous and will be back.

Only consider for a bughet Summer beach stay.

It was a good value overnight stop over.

Exceptionally cold for winter stays. No warm blankets or heaters provided. We had to sit in the evening with jackets on. No oven available for a quick pizza tea. The immediate area around the resort does not provide a sense of security especially if arriving in darkness. Check in details and directions were not helpful for overseas visitors with limited cell phone connectivity.

Did not have breakfast. i appreciated the level of security as well as the closeness to the ocean.

The front door needs attention- could be "swelling"due to wetness cuased by rain. Getting into shower posted an injury risk, especially for older persons.

the place is very nice, with the ocean view and it seem secure once you enter the premises.

the location is a bit dodgy, very close to the township and the side entrance seems not safe, you must wait for the gate to close and drive in the bushes. there's no security at all besides the keypad yo enter the code for the gate.

1. The surrounding area is not safe 2. Rug Very dirty and old it has even lost its original color. 3. Directions were not accurate. We drove around looking for the place as the address on booking. Com is not the same. 4. The host sent a video direction, but we couldn't locate the gate we end up being helped by the SWAT security.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir konnten ganz einfach selbst ein- und auschecken. Das Apartment war nett eingerichtet und war sehr nah am Strand. Der Strand war wunderschön und für die Kinder super zum Klettern auf den felsen- also kein Badestrand, eher perfekt für ältere Kinder, die gern klettern und für Hunde. Die Anlage war sauber und ruhig, wir haben aus sehr sicher gefühlt.

Die Anreise war etwas kompliziert- trotz vieler Infos haben wir nicht das richtige Gate gefunden und sind immer von der falschen Seite gekommen- Hier wäre eine ganz klare Navigation hilfreich, da es mehrere Gates gibt und eines erreicht man nur, wenn man eine lange Straße direkt an einem Township vorbei fährt. Trotz der Nähe zum Township haben wir uns in der Anlage und auch in der Umgebung am Strand und Richtung Hafen sehr sicher gefühlt.

Bona ubicació per dormir a Hermanus

Molt bona comunicació per part de l’amfitrió en explicar-nos els accessos a l’allotjament, així com la recollida de les claus. L’apartament es troba ubicat dins d’una zona residencial vigilada 24H. Si que és cert, que per accedir-hi es passen per barriades en situacions bastant complicades. No obstant, l’allotjament és segur. Està molt ben decorat, té totes les facilitats que pots necessitar. És net i còmode.

Tot ens va anar bé. No recomano sortir del complex d’habitatges a peu.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Im oberen Stock hatten wir, wie beschrieben, Blick aufs Meer. Es war sauber. Beim Melden eines Problems war schnell jemand zur Stelle und es wurde eine Lösung gesucht.

Um ins Appartement zu kommen, bekommt man, am Tag der Anreise, ein WhatsApp mit den Codes für die Einfahrtsschranken und für den Schlüsselsafe - das war ein Problem für uns, weil wir kein Internet hatten. Es steht groß am Kühlschrank, dass 45 Rand für jedes zerbrochene Stück verrechnet wird. (Bei uns ist zwar nichts kaputt geworden, aber ich finde diese Regel trotzdem kleinlich.) Leider gab es mehrmals hintereinander einen Stromausfall in unserem Appartement. Anscheinend liegt es am Herd, wir haben gerade gekocht. Das war sehr lästig. Zum Glück erreichten wir über Booking schnell jemanden. Wir mussten dann in einem anderen Appartement kochen und die vollen, heißen Töpfe einen Stock hinunter tragen.

Total inutilidad de las indicaciones, LO QUE SUPONE UN RIESGO EN LA ZONA. Ubicación pésima, en zona de alto riesgo. Zona fría sin NINGÚN tipo de calefactor. Manchas en las camas (litera superior). No funciona la WIFI. CAÍDA CONTINUA DE TENSIÓN.

Очень компактная квартира, в которой есть всё необходимое. Квартира простенькая, но какая-то уютная, со своей душой, с интересными деталями. Хорошее постельное белье, матрацы, полотенца. Сам комплекс тоже понравился - есть бассейн, общий браай, столы для бильярда (или что-то типа того), есть выход к заливу. Хозяева всегда были на связи, отправили подробные инструкции, как заехать в квартиру и найти ключи. К сожалению, въезд через боковые ворота не сработал, и мы поехали к центральному входу через тауншип - интересный опыт. На дороге мальчишки играли в футбол, и, в целом, не было ощущения небезопасности. Вид со второго этажа чудесный, но учтите, что именно в этой квартире нет духовки (но есть мультиварка).

В один из вечеров у нас неожиданно быстро закончилась горячая вода - не знаю, с чем это связано, мы уже приняли душ, поэтому это не вызвало неудобств (возможно, в квартире накопительный водонагреватель,потому что в одной из спален в шкафу стоит какой-то бак). И как раз из этого шкафа в один из вечеров выползли два таракана. Надеюсь, хозяева проведут обработку, и квартира будет ещё лучше.
