Good value for money, Enjoyed our stay there as a family, would love to come back!

Well equipped and pretty apartment! There is washing machine in the kitchen, perfect for longer stays with the family. Very convenient location - close to the Hermanus New Harbor, Whale Coast Mall and Gearing’s Point.

Not big issues but these are the cons - access from the main road is a bit busy and there’s distinct marine aroma in the estate as it is adjacent to an abalone farm

Neat and comfortable

The apartment has been revamped and has a new clean kitchen with good appliances, cutlery, and crockery. The dining area is also neat. The bedrooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

The couch needs an update to match the rest of the apartment. The towels had an unpleasant smell that did not go away even after washing them.

Trés bon rapport qualité prix, mais un peu excentré

L'appartement est dans une résidence sécurisée, ou il faut montrer pâte blanche car la quartier autour n'est pas résidentiel... néanmoins aucun pb, l'appartement est super bien équipé, a 8-10min du centre d'Hermanus en voiture. voiture indispensable car rien a proximité. Très confortable et calme. La piscine commune aux différents appartements et l'espace autour de la piscine sont très sympas.

Würden nicht wieder dort übernachten

Der Preis war ganz okay.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ nahe an den lokalen Townships. Für vier Personen gibt es nur ein Bad, eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette wäre zumindest sehr sinnvoll gewesen. Durch unser Schlafzimmer liefen die Abwasserrohre der darüberliegenden Wohnungen, wir haben jedes Mal, wenn einer die Toilette benutzte, die Dusche oder das Waschbecken das Wasser deutlich gehört, die Abwasserrohre liefen nicht durch die Wand, sondern durch einen Einbauschrank und waren wirklich sehr deutlich zu vernehmen. Am ersten Morgen ging es schon um 5:30 Uhr los. Die Wohnung war ziemlich hellhörig, sowohl vom Nachbarzimmer, als auch innerhalb der Wohnung.
