We needed a place to rest for a few days and Refresh was perfect! The sound of the sea is lovely and relaxing. The apartment is close to Hermanus town centre and it is very well equiped. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was as per the pictures, enjoyed our stay and especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves.
The only downside is that the beach right there is not a swimming beach.

The apartment is well proportioned. Lovely lounge, kitchen and dining area. An extra sitting area in the conservatory. Two good sized bedrooms with plenty of hanging and cupboard space. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. Toiletries are provided.
There is everything you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of seating in the lounge with a large tv that has various free streaming channels - Netflix, YouTube etc.
Isabella is the perfect host who kept in touch from the moment we booked a year before. Checking in with us whilst we were there. And solving any little problems or queries we had.
Whale Rock Estate is a secure community with a lovely pool set in a tranquil walled garden with a clubhouse. There are laundry facilities for a small charge. It’s a short distance from the centre of Hermanus. In the evening we would use Tuk Taxis to get into town for the many wonderful bars and restaurants there.
We liked everything about the property but as it was extremely hot whilst we were there we would have appreciated a couple of fans.
