The views, lovely decor, clean, well equipped.
It was cold with only a small bar heater but plenty of blankets were provided to rug up.
Bathroom very small to work with, would be even worse if you had the four staying there.
View to the left of property if facing the sea is unsightly with an Abalone farm.
You need a car to get to the township, shops and restaurants, we had a car so didn’t bother us. Felt very safe in Hermanus

We had breakfast at Wimpy and it was excellent
we really enjoyed our stay the place was so beautiful and peaceful would definitely come back, the view is amazing

Loved the view from the dining area overlooking into the sea
The bathroom had no windows and could get stuffy

Loved the window which opens to the sea and the bed was super comfy
There are NO fans and no aircon so it is stuffy and hot at night. In the day we opened the huge windows. Also there is a faint smell of dampness which was annoying. It didn’t say it was so very close to a location and Abalone plant. Which didn’t matter, but made us uneasy at the start.
