Very good

Located close to Ksamil centre and within easy reach of supermarket and the bus stop to Saranda and Butrint National Park (this was one of our highlights). Well equipped apartment with a nice terrace and plants in the courtyard.

The main host wasn't there during our stay, so had to wait a while sometimes for a response from him.

Perfect apartment for vocations !!

Very good apartment !! The apartment is very quiet and modern ! The garden is wonderful full of flowers !! It has inside secure parking ! The beach was 10 minutes walking fron apartment! The apartment is near to the center , shops and restaurant ! But still in a quiet area away from main street! Thanks to the hosts and their recoomendation we had a great experience

Excellent stay

Wonderful apartment , very welcoming and friendly host !! The apartment is well equipped! The bed is big and very comfortable!! The studio has a very large balcony with the side view of the lake of butrint!! The apartment is near to center , restaurants and beach bars also far from the main street and the noises of clubs !! Fully recommended

Great acconodation!

The place was the best! Not far from beach, grocery's nearby and everythibg what I needed. The owner was so amazing and nice. Room was cozy, with all kitchen tools and very clean bathroon. We arrived a bit early and our room wasn't ready yet, but he said that we can leave our backpacks there and back in 30-40min later. I would recommend this place and I will be back for sure! :)

Beautiful studio, with everything you need. Parking in the yard. Big beautiful terrace. Close to the beach, supermarkets and tavernas, but really quiet area. Really nice hosts. We loved it!

Excellent location

This place was sparkling clean, I’m not even joking it was cleaner than my own house. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The host is the friendliest and most welcoming person you’ll find around there. 6min walk from the beach, away from all the noise and loud music and still very quiet for a good nights sleep. Very happy we visited, will come back again.

Hosts are lovely people. Big deck. Excellent WiFi. Near to markets and beach. Good shower. Lots of hot water. Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Lovely yard with flowers and fruit trees.
