Find another hotel, trust me.

Room was updated. Air conditioning

Very poor customer service with an attitude. If the owner is tired of tourism as a hotel owner, he should get out of the business. Wifi was horrendous, and there was no hot water at 8 am. When asked about the hot water, the owners response was, "What do you want me to do". Out of principal we will never even look at that hotel ever again.

Terrible, you don’t get what pay for

They sold us a room instead of the apartment. That type of room costs no more than 40€ in Ksamil, meanwhile we paid 120€. And the room we got is not even shown in the photos of their booking account. We had no other option, and they took advantage of this fact because we had a little child and we had to stay there. They are big cheaters. This is the worst accommodation we’ve ever had. Oh, and it wasn’t even ready at checkin time. Irresponsible people. We went out and came back in an hour and it wasn’t yet ready.

Excellent 9 day stay and lovely hosts

The Villa was easy to find with google maps. The host gave us a very warm welcome and offered us a drink on the patio while our room was being made ready. The room was very clean on arrival. The balcony is very large. The Shop under the Villa is good. The Villa is in a quiet location but close to the main area within 4 minutes walk. The WiFi is good. Air con is excellent., There was lots of plug sockets. Beds are comfortable

The internet was very poor, i the air conditioning was not so good, and the personal speaks only Albanian, i thing it is necessary to speak at least English language.

it was very welcoming, the host was great and very nice the room was nice and very clean, also a bathroom, the air conditioning was good, the area is nice and peaceful. from there you can easily access all beaches and town by foot. we would recommend it! ;)

the bed was very comfortable but it was making a lot of noise when we tried to moved on it, also for four days there was no service - the towels and bed was fine but it would nice if someone took out the trash once in a while

The staff is very familiar and friendly, the views from the balcony are amazing. Very comfortable room, with all the facilities. 5 minutes to the centre of ksamil, maybe less. We felt very comfortable and safe, just perfect.

Even the best-organized vacation can be ruined by irresponsible apartment owners

We've been travelling for over 2 weeks this time with my wife and 2-years old son in Italy, Greece and Albania and this place was the worst accommodation experience for not only this trip but in my whole life. We made the reservation for not luxury, but a nice apartment in Ksamil and we expected to have a nice stay. When we arrived at this place we were directed to the room that was not as described in the offer. This room was adapted from a part of a mini-market that was situated side-by-side in the same level of the building. There was a missing electric kettle, it had only one dinner plate and few soup plates, no sponge or washing liquid. The apartment has a huge glass witryna that was covered by a red curtain and no windows instead of a small square hole with anti- mosquitoes cover. It also has a 2-level bed that was a nightmare for us with a small boy who was trying to climb to the second level. There was no regular shower in the bathroom - they installed shower hand close to the toilet and taking shower makes the whole room flood. We asked what's going on at the very beginning and we got a response that it's the apartment we've chosen. Only after showing the photos from Booking, they said that they made a mistake but there is no other choice and we need to stay there. We definitely refused the offer. I said that I need to call Booking to ask what's happening and if they have any solution for this. From these words the lady who spoke to us (I think she was the owner's daughter) became very rude and unpleasant and she was trying to interrupt during the call. Booking said that they will write to them a message as they are not responding to a phone call and they need to reply in 30 minutes. They offered us that we can stay in this "apartment" for one night and they will give us the room we really reserved by the next day so we agreed on this. Booking forced them to give us this night for free.

In the evening they said that they can’t change an apartment for us as the previous guests won't leave and we should stay in this previous-shop-apartment with a discount of 10€/night. We said that it's not acceptable and we again asked Booking for help. Booking said that as it's the middle of the weekend and the surroundings are crowded they can’t guarantee that they will find anything close to us, but they promised to ask the owners what happened. It was already late afternoon, but Booking replied that the owners during a call confirmed that they will have the apartment we Booked at the next day. Of course this situation doesn't happen. We finally stayed in this place as it will be a waste of time during holidays to find accommodation. The apartment was not cleaned every day as in the offer, they even did not pick up the rubbish from the apartment for the whole stay. However, the owner was smiling to us for the whole stay (they were not speaking English at all) when their daughter who was our contact was "offended" all the time. However his object is well located, has a mini-market in the same building, air-conditioning and it was clean when we arrived. Hosts were kind, rooms were clean and functional, location is very good. Albania is beautiful country and Ksamil is perfect place for a family vacation.

Guests from floor above kept throwing trash and cigarette buds on our stuff and patio furniture, but this is not hosts fault.
