Family vacation

We had an apartment on the first floor with direct access to the pool, and I swam every day, even though it was already cold. The owner also gave us access to the barbecue and allowed us to use charcoal and a grill for cooking, for which we are very grateful! Our stay in these apartments was excellent. When we arrived, the owner was waiting for us and had everything organized in advance. The beds were made with clean sheets, and the room was clean and tidy. Many thanks to the owner, a very helpful man who is ready to resolve any issues regarding your stay at your request. I highly recommend using the services of these apartments!

I would recommend that the owner add more cookware. There were problems with the frying pan; it is not designed for frying, and a lid for the pan and other kitchen utensils are also needed. This was really lacking. It is also not very convenient that there is no curtain in the shower room, so when you take a shower, water splashes all over the shower room, including on the toilet and mirror. I think installing a curtain is not a problem, and the owner will resolve these minor issues soon. Otherwise, everything was great!

Never again

Nice appartment

I will never go to Ksamil again. People over there have the bad mentality to get every euro from your pocket. The owner rented 2 rooms for 365 euro (= +- 34500 lek) but wanted 36500 lek... I had 2 more similar experiences, so never again. It is also twice or more expensive than Durres, so not worth it al all. Never had such experiences in the rest of Albania.

Comfortable stay in close to the beach

It was a lovely stay. Apartment is not big but has everything you need, a small kitchen, a balcony. Pool is nice and comfortable with a small kids pool. Location is the best, 5-7 min to the beach but away from loud bars and beach clubs so it is quite at night. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets near buy, it is a short walking distance to everything.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ksamil. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and the beach. The apartment itself was very spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

It’s good for short stays. For longer stays is just too many eyes on you.

It is close to the centre. Quiet. The air con is very good.

The property is not for long stays. It had an ant problem. On the first day the shower head flew off and hit my head! The problem with towels! I washed the towels big problem! I lost one towel even bigger problem! And the staff were watching us constantly! No privacy at all. Also the property got cleaned only 2 times properlyish in the 10 days stay.

Homey cosey clean family summer apartment we loved:)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in July and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The apartment is not huge but we found there everything we needed to have comfortable family vacation with breakfasts and home cooked dinners on the spacey balcony while observing sunset. We felt soon like being in our summer home with friendly neighbours (owner family) where we could ask anytime for advice. We also appreciated availability of washing machine to do our laundry for a small fee. Regarding location, we never regretted staying away from the beach for the incredible noise local bars produce at night: loud disco music and fireworks every single night. Sleeping with open doors (in order to avoid using air-con) we could still hear it however not to the point that it would distract our sleep. For quiet nights we happily spent every day walking 5-7 minutes to the beach (depending which beach we chose) while stopping in the local market for fresh fruit (2 min walk from the apartment). Our 3-year old preferred to be carried in the afternoons but we also saw many families with strollers around. To conclude, we loved our stay in Ylli Mance ap. and wish to return next year again.

The kitchen equipment was basic but in the end we managed to cook all kind of meals with just one pot and a pan (both big sized and good quality).

Apartment location is perfect close to center,and 300m from the beach. Hygiene is on the top level, every day they are cleaning the room, changing bed sheets and towels. Owners are very polite, friendly and helpful (they helped us with the luggage and gave us info about the place where to go and what to visit) There is parking inside of the entrance of the building and is looked at night. Also there is a washing machine and can be used by the guests. I highly recommend this place and for sure we will come back again next year

deserves 5 stars, clean above all, everything you need is inside the house (air conditioning too), every shop, bar and restaurant only 5 minutes away, also the sea 10 minutes away. There is no need to use the car at all. Family with two small children very happy with the stay at Ylli Mance Apartments. We will come again next year.

Love the apartment. Our room was big and we had queen size bed which was very comfortable. The owners are very kind and helpful with everything you will need there. We had our room cleaned every day which was amazing. Beach is not very far from the apartment around 300m, and the center even closer. Nearby is the market where you can find everything. Would recommend for everyone going in Ksamil for vacation 10/10 !

Everyone was polite. Ylli and his family are very kind people, always ready to help. The garden is so beautiful. There is a barbecue and parking for cars. The nearest beach is about a 5 minutes easy walk away. Nearby is supermarket, bakery, bus stop and a many restaurants. If you like sea food you should go to Fresh fish. It is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There you can sit and eat or you can order a takeaway meal and eat in your apartment or, if you prefer to prepare the meal yourself, you can buy fresh fish, prawns, squid. The food is great.

We really liked the apartment, the location is excellent, it is 5 minutes to the store, the nearest beach is also very close. Ylli and his family are very nice people, always ready to help, at my request they provided our child with a cot and a room on the ground floor. Very nice garden, we were treated to fruit and a nice smile every day. There is a barbecue and parking for cars. Cleaning every day, the kitchen has everything you need, a wonderful terrace, good internet. A must if we return to Ksamil before staying in these apartments.

Prima Aufenthalt, es war alles da was man benötigt

Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen Pool. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurde alles sauber gemacht und wir bekamen frische Betten und Handtücher. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Der Duschvorhang klebte ständig an mir beim Duschen. Lässt sich aber anders wahrscheinlich nicht lösen. Der Klodeckel geht sofort zu beim Aufmachen. Der Pool war nicht beheizt. Sind nur ein Paar nervige Kleinigkeiten.

Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Restaurants in der Nähe Strand in der Nähe,war wirklich perfekt. Die Gastgeber sehr sehr nett, wenn man fragen hatte , wurde geholfen, waren nicht aufdringlich,war alles super. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Könnte ich jetzt nur sagen was nicht so optimal mal ist ,die Ausstattung der Küche , aber da wir eh nicht gross kochen wollten ,war das kein Problem. Und es gab keine Kaffeemaschine ist aber auch nicht üblich glaube ich in Albanien Kaffee wie deutsche zu kochen , von daher nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt was aber nicht sehr schlimm war.

De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, het zwembad is prachtig en de kamers zijn zeer schoon. Locatie is ook perfect. Met 2 minuten lopen heb je een supermarkt en op 5 minuten lopen ben je bij het strand. 10/10 aanbeveling! Thank you!❤️

Hele aangename leuke plek met een super vriendelijke leuke gastheer!

De locatie is perfect. Het lijkt achteraf maar je loopt een straat uit en je bent bij het strand en de boulevard! Verder schoon en netjes!

Eigenlijk was alles prima slakken was het jammer dat er niet 2 glazen stonden. Meestal heb je glazen of in ieder geval plastic bekertjes. En bij ons was de koelkaststrip los waardoor je echt goed moest drukken maar dat is meer zijn stroom wat jammer is

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare e al centro. Il proprietario della struttura, insieme alla sua famiglia, è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana! Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati regolarmente e la stanza veniva pulita con cura. Ci siamo trovate molto bene!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό με ολα τα απαραίτητα μέσα. Η πισινα εξαιρετική , καθαρή και ζεστη.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο του Ksamil, επομένως είναι κοντά σε παραλίες, πολλά εστιατόρια και κλαμπ σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι φιλικός και προσιτός για πληροφορίες σχετικά με δραστηριότητες και τα καλύτερα μέρη για να πάτε στο Ksamil. Έτσι η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε φανταστεί!
