A lovely house and excellent host - we would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay in the one bedroom house. The accommodation was lovely (with a big outside space) and very clean and the host was super friendly and welcoming! She was helpful with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed!! We really enjoyed it and are sad to have left!!

Glover brothers trip

Everything was great here, easy check in by the lovely family owners, the room was a good size with Everything we needed,the balcony was nice for afternoon sun.There is always someone around if you need anything.Very close to shop which was handy.and bars, restaurants close by. The area is lovely too not far from the beach. Thank you we are sad to leave.

Great house in a perfect location

Amazing house- spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location. We stayed as a group of 6 females and it was perfect. The outdoor space was very nice too. Being able to check-in early was fantastic, as we were able to go to the beach for a whole day. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Very pleasant stay. We were greeted by Dajana (perfect spoken communication in english) and her mother (extremely friendly person :D). The nice-standard flat was spacious, clean and fully equipped.

A truly welcoming stay – felt like visiting family! ★★★★★

We had such a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, everything was handled with care and thoughtfulness. In the days leading up to our arrival, the host’s son stayed in touch via text to make sure check-in would be smooth and stress-free — and it was! When we arrived, our host and her lovely daughter gave us the warmest welcome. They were incredibly friendly, always happy to stop for a chat, and made us feel completely at home. They were also so sweet with our baby — playing with her and making her laugh — which meant the world to us. They even kindly lent us beach toys, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. We truly felt like we were staying with family. Thank you again for such a memorable and heartwarming experience — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Love it, will be back again!

Great hosts, perfect English, clean, with gated parking. Beaches are 300m away, and you have 3 big markets in 30m range.

It is on the main road, so you can hear cars (and some local people like to ride it very fast), but not a big problem as apartment is well isolated.

In the city center, close to the beach, but still quiet, spacious rooms, very good beds for sleep, balcony. The owners family was very friendly. We spend very nice time here!

Great location, all you may need is in the apartment very nice and kind hosts always with a smile and wants to help Higley recommend perfect for family with kids The beach only 5 minutes by walking, supermarket and restaurants just outside the apartment, very clean and they replace the towels ss well 5 stars book now you won't regret it!! Perfect stay in Ksamil

The apartment we rented out was the bottom floor one with the outside dining area. We loved everything about it, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved having breakfasts outside and that the house was only a 4min walk to the beaches (which are all nearby!). It is also so practical, just opposite two supermarkets. Our host was also so easy to contact on Whatsapp for questions about buses and so on (the bus stop to Saranda is right beside the house!). She also very kindly gifted us local oranges and local mussels that we cooked! We also received a lot of clean towels and bedsheets as we stayed 10 days which was lovely. It was all perfect and I cannot recommend this place more! We were 4 in total, but the big double room has an extra single bed so 5 could easily sleep, without using the living rooms sofa beds.

Foarte curat, Dajana si mama ei au fost de nota 10. Gratarul din curte, terasa generoasa, bucataria super echipata, ne-am simtit excelent.

Le logement était top : propre, bien placé, bien équipé avec une place de parking inclus . Manque de l’eau chaude dans l

L’emplacement était top. À 2 pas de la plage et des restaurants. Le parking gratuit était un plus dans une ville où on sent qu’il manque des parkings pour se garer. Le logement était très propre et les hôtes bienveillants. L’appartement est bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Il ne manquait rien.

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude un matin pour nous laver. Et pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine pour laver la vaisselle….laver la vaisselle à l’eau froide n’est pas pratique pour la dégraisser. Une machine à laver dans le logement aurait été top 👍🏻

Zeker boeken als je Ksjamil wilt bezoeken!

Super goede locatie om het eiland te ontdekken. Ook een goede bakker op 50meter om broodjes te halen voor ontbijt. Ongelofelijk vriendelijk personeel en de parking voor de deur is echt een heel grote meerwaarde.
