My experience was unfortunately dreadful.

The property, recently renovated, is a beautiful building with several apartments, all equipped with balconies and some with kitchens. There is also a pleasant shared outdoor area with lots of greenery and tables to relax. The owners live on the ground floor. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and the bathrooms are perfectly adequate. Unfortunately, all these positive aspects were completely overshadowed by the unbearable situation I experienced: four nights of loud music and chaos due to a wedding celebration next door, which the owners knew about but failed to handle responsibly. What could have been a peaceful and enjoyable stay turned into a nightmare that ruined my vacation.

I arrived on the first day to find out there was a wedding party lasting four days at the hotel next door. The owner, clearly worried, only informed me at check-in and offered me another room on a higher floor or on the opposite side of the property. Unfortunately, this didn’t solve the problem: every night until 12:30 a.m. there was deafeningly loud music, making it impossible to rest. After three sleepless nights, I decided to leave the property. The owners showed no understanding whatsoever; instead, they started justifying themselves by saying it was their relatives’ wedding and that if I left, they would have to pay some taxes. They even had the nerve to say that in another property I would have been charged for the entire week instead of just the three nights I couldn’t use. I find this attitude unacceptable: in a normal situation, the least they should have done was apologize and not charge me anything. When you know such a noisy and disruptive event is taking place, you should close bookings, not ruin the holiday of paying guests who have saved up money and time with sacrifice. I will be filing a complaint with Booking.com for the serious damage this experience has caused me.

A nice place, relatively new and very close to a nice beach (sunset beach) which is way more quiet, cheap and less touristy than Ksamil beach (this beach is NOT worth it in high season - too many people, overpriced). So this accommodation is a good choice for people who wants a more quiet beach! Rooms are nice, the people there are really nice and helpful!

New apartment close to a quiet beach

Placed in a quiet neighborhood, close to a nice and not over-touristic beach 10 min. walk from the apartment. Newly built and close to shopping and restaurants. Well equipped with all required facilities and a balcony with a super view.

A minor thing: only one set of chairs that you have to move between balcony and inside.

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was brand new and spotless. We had a lovely time!

We had no complaints at all about the apartment. Ksamil had a lot more tourism infrastructure than we thought - all the beaches have bars and restaurants on them. We went during the off-season when it was nice and quiet but I imagine it gets incredibly busy during the summer. We would probably go to another part of Albania next time. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend GB Rooms!

Verry clean,the room was completly new, owner Redi and his wife was really nice and helpfull,definitly reccomend to everyone, nice quiet neighbourhood completly to relax with beautifull garden.

The house is on the hill, it's not close to beach, you need to go 10-15 minutes downhill to closest beach, the road to the house is not asphalt but gravel.

We felt so welcome from the first moment we step in front of the property and meet amazing hosts, so kind so helpful and patient. Just as on the pictures, apartmant is super clean, tide up and had everything we expected. Property is really close to the beach,markets and restourants and I recommend to everyone to stop looking for more and choose this apartment
