the location - was located in the forest, backed onto the monkey forest. Quiet, breakfast was wonderful. the room was spacious and the air conditioning was good.

Service staff is helpful
Access from road with bags makes it very difficult as its deep inside along the edge of a narrow canal.

Staff was always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was great. The atmosphere is just unbelievably good, you truly feel one with the nature.

Great coffee shop on path to the property. Lovely gardens.
Had about a 250m walk to get to reception with our luggage, (closest that any cars can get to the property). Breakfast was below average, we went out most mornings to find something better. Pool was nice with a good view but had big steps to get in and out of with no hand rails, so it's not advisable for people with bad knees or low mobility. The bed was super hard, bathroom rated about 6/10. Our outdoor furniture was termite affected and falling apart. Had a night with a cat chasing either a rat or squirrel in the ceiling
