Peaceful, well located and modern villa in Ubud.

The host Maria was there to welcome us! The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, juicer etc even a washing machine. Beautiful view over rice paddies and a lovely cool pool. 10 min walk into town - mostly down hill.

Everything. It was excellent. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The rooms were more than we could’ve asked for. Location was excellent, close to the centre (15min walk to Main Street). In particular, the host Maria, was amazing. Responds quickly and really helpful.

Our only area for improvement would be to put some light on the pathway to the house. It was just very dark to walk at night.

Magical

The villa is fabulous and I really can’t think of anything they could improve on. Communication prior to arrival was good, with clear instructions about where to meet their staff to have our bags transported by motorbike. When we arrived at the central car park, a staff member was there very quickly to help us. The villa is beautiful, with lots of room and very nice furnishings. The setting was absolutely magical: it’s surrounded by beautiful rice terraces and was very peaceful and relaxing. The walk to the centre of town was only 600m and on a solid concrete path. There were excellent warungs (restaurants) only a few hundred metres from the villa. It was great having filtered water available so we didn’t have to keep buying water.

It’s quite a long walk from the villa to the supermarket (2.5km), so you really need to go there by car before you arrive. We really enjoyed the tropical fruit that was left for us, but it would have been great to have some coffee and tea provided.

A cozy Villa..

Everything was exactly as described on Booking.com. The place was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. You’ll need to park your vehicle at the designated parking area and walk to the villa, but no worries—they’ll carry your luggage by motorcycle. The villa is beautifully located in the middle of the paddy fields, offering such a serene view. It has a cozy little living area perfect for watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and complete utensils. The rooms are comfortable—my children felt right at home, and the bunk bed was a wonderful touch. The master bedroom was also lovely and cozy. The outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off under the hot Ubud sun. Although there were some mosquitoes, the owner thoughtfully provided mosquito repellents. I highly recommend this villa to families who enjoy nature while still having a comfortable and stylish living space. The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The only downside was a brief water disruption—the supply suddenly stopped. However, the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. Everything was back to normal, and everyone was happy again.

Fantastic villa! Would stay again.

We loved this beautiful villa! Great communication with the host. The place is clean and spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds and two bathrooms for a big family.

Although the location is walking distance to central Ubud, the car cannot get to the villa directly and we had to rely on staff’s motorbike with our luggage. No big deal and it was adventure for our kids to go on a motorbike.

Perfecte plek in Ubud

Wat een heerlijke plek was dit! Een paradijsje bij de rijstvelden, dichtbij het centrum van Ubud, maar zonder de drukte. Het meeste is op loopafstand, maar wij hebben een scooter gehuurd om wat verder te komen. De villa is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De private pool was geweldig: de kinderen wilden daar het liefst de hele dag in blijven. Mochten we ooit weer in Ubud komen, dan gaan we daar zeker weer verblijven.

Twee puntjes: - de buitenunit van de airco hangt dichtbij de master bedroom, waardoor je de herrie ervan erg goed hoort - de matras van het bed in de master bedroom heeft kuilen

Hele mooie en schone villa met supervriendelijke eigenaar. Centrum van Ubud op paar honderd meter lopen.

Hoewel het centrum vrij dichtbij is, is het laatste deel een beetje een stijle klim. Wij vonden het geen enkel probleem en je kan ook altijd een Grab bike nemen.

Alles. Als mein Sohn mitten in der Nacht starke Magenkrämpfe hatte, hat unsere Vermieterin sofort geholfen und Arzt geholt. Er bekam dann sogar Infusion in der Villa. Alle sehr bemüht!!

Todo perfecto. La villa increíble., las instalaciones mejor imposible, la anfitriona fue mejor aún, nos recogieron el equipaje q era muchísimo y al marcharnos nos lo llevaron al coche q teníamos reservado q estaba un poco alejado pero en ningún momento pusieron ninguna pega, con personas así merece la pena reservar....VOLVEREMOS....a sido un placer

Ein Ort der Ruhe.

Es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen, die Unterkunft ist fußläufig auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern zum Stadtzentrum gelegen und dennoch in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt an wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat jede unserer Fragen schnell beantwortet. Perfect! Ontzettend schoon en mooi

Deze villa is letterlijk één van de meest schone vakantieverblijven die wij ooit gezien hebben. De schoonmaker komt elke dag langs en poetst zeer grondig. Verder heeft de villa een uitgebreid keukengerei en goede faciliteiten. Ook toiletartikelen zijn gratis beschikbaar, waaronder muggenspray. De tuin van de villa is mooi en het zwembad heeft een aangename temperatuur. Je kijkt uit op de rijstvelden. Een groot pluspunt is de wasmachine, hier hebben wij dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt, en ook het wasmiddel wordt gratis aangeboden vanuit de villa.

Als ik een verbeterpunt zou moeten noemen dan zou ik zeggen dat er raambekleding aan de voorkant bij de keuken opgehangen moet worden voor meer privacy.
