It was a little remote but we really hadn’t researched that, so our fault. Was close to coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores though.

Great location and a lovely place to relax

Great location, tucked away from the major hustle and bustle of Bali. A takeaway (though we never used it) in the corner and a local mart 200m away. Breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly.

They didn’t have a functioning hairdryer. The first one we had in the room was broken, very low power and the switches were broken so once it was plugged in, it was on. It wouldn’t dry even a single strand of hair. I asked for another and it was certainly more powerful, but it didn’t heat so I gave up after trying two. I ended up with a really bad head cold from sleeping with a wet head. My hair is really thick.

Great stay in Ubud out of the busy area.

The staff were friendly and cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and flashy looking. The pool was great to cool off after a day of exploring. Ubud. Lovely gardens. Small bakery across the road great for breakfast for good price.

Ants when 1st arrived but that was fixed up quickly by the staff.

Would recommend as a great place to stay while visiting Ubud.

Great villa with everything you need. Nice and quiet. Beautiful pool and villa overall and great service from the host regarding drivers and massages in the villa.

The only downside was that it was too far to walk into Ubud and no sidewalks either so we had to catch a taxi/ use driver which was fine though.

Beautiful villa stay in Ubud

Villa is located next to a beautiful stretch of rice fields. Staff were very accomodating to our needs and helped us with our bags when we arrived and departed. Whenever we experienced an issue, they were quick to rectify the problem. The breakfast was made to order to our preference every day, delivered at the time requested. Rooms were large, comfortable and had their own air conditioning unit. Netflix was available on the TV for entertainment. It was easy to order food from the owner's restaurant, as well as get Gojek delivered. Massage treatments were available to be ordered and done at the villa - prices were very reasonable so we took advantage of the convenience. This villa offers fantastic value for the calibre of accomodation and service.

The villa is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Ubud for eating/shopping so you do need to arrange transportation if you want to get out. There is a bit of noise starting at about 0630 every morning - roosters crowing, birds chirping and nearby neighbours starting their day. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound. More of a tech thing but there are no USB charging outlets so bring your own adapters. Not a big deal but just a FYI.

Amazing family-run Villa. A hidden-gem right by rice field and away from the hustling and bustling in Ubud center. The owner is very hospitable and made sure we had a good stay and helped us participate local ceremonies. We wouldn’t have seen Ubud in its real beauty and essence without Nyoman, the owner. The Villa is spacious and full of textures and details, and filled us with the tranquility we needed. And the breakfast and in-room service there is just impeccable.

Overall, my stay at the Villa is nothing short of exception.

Hospitality is nothing short of exception. We arrived late night around 11pm, the owner and staff were welcoming us at the reception with refreshing drink/towel whilst we collecting keys. The staff help carry luggage to our room, and the owner gave us brief tour of the Villa and facilities. We ordered breakfast via the owner. Foods were delivered and even help setting up beautifully on dining table, as if we were dining in a restaurant. Can watch Netflix in the lounge room. They offered laundry services as well.

The dining/lounge room separated from bedroom. On one rainy day, we couldn't walk to the kitchen. Also, the kitchen facilities can be improved. cooking utensils look a bit dated. Location wise, about 20 mins walk to city central, beware of motorbikes and cars due to narrow road.

The location was fine for us. It is a 15 min walk to the main road and it is very busy so not ideal for walking with small children. We had meals delivered to our villa which was great.

Was not a problem but if you had 4 guests a Mr wanted to spend time in the lounge area it as quite small. The bedrooms are a great size and we spent our time outside so no issue really.

Warm welcome and lovely Villa in hot Ubud

The Villa was exactly as it appears on the photos - beautiful. Beds were so comfortable and the Villa was cleaned every day. Lovely friendly staff who are very helpful. The pool was much needed at the end of a hot day.

Slightly out of town up a side road with no pavements so cabs needed if you wanted to get anywhere. Not a big issue though.

Surpassed our expectations

The overall service and staff at the Season Villa was exceptional. They catered for all our needs and helped us in arranging transportation to the villa, advised us on local trips and arranged for onwards transport. Nyoman and his team take a lot of pride in the service they provide and the villa’s and that comes across from the moment you arrive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Absolutely gorgeous! Loved waking up and walking out to see farmers in rice paddy's. Very good service... did anything to please you. Great tour, driver, and breakfast! Communication was excellent.

In heavy rain the walkway to villas flood

Superb

We were unlucky with the weather, we started with two days of continuous pouring rain. So, we were especially happy that we could still enjoy our stay in the beautiful villa with all the confort (unfortunately, we could not enjoy swimming in the pool). Also, we were happy we could shop in a small grocery store nearby (200m) because it was not fun going out to restaurants with the bad weather. People from the hotel were extremely nice and efficient. The villa is stunning and located in a very quiet place with rice paddies around. It was exactly what we had dreamed of!

Amazing stay at Ubud Season Villas

I recently stayed at Ubud Season Villas and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could need. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding rice fields and easy access to all that Ubud has to offer. I especially enjoyed the private pool, which was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. I highly recommend Ubud Season Villas to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Bali. Very good

Chose this villa as it was one of the very few where the bedrooms are adjoined, which is handy if you are travelling with young kids and don't want them walking across open spaces near pools in the night time. Breakfast choices were nice and comfortable bedrooms.

Dining area is very warm and muggy - would be more comfortable if aircon was installed. Also watch out for the snakes - they are harmless and we got used to them, but something to be wary of.

Nice cosy villa, but issues with the showers and a leaky roof

A very nice villa which is a short distance away from the main Ubud market. Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was just the right size as well. It's a short walk from the main street, but that just means you're secluded from any noise coming from the road. The staff at reception were excellent as well

Couple of issues during the stay: 1. When it rained, the roof in the bathroom leaked. 2. There is no direct / covered connection between the bedroom and the living and kitchen area. When meant that when it rained, you got wet as well when navigating between the two. 3. The water pressure in one of the two showers was non-existent, when meant using one shower only. 4. The living and kitchen areas were fully enclosed, but had just a fan and no aircon. So during the day, it got very warm inside. Coming back to the living room after the main door was closed felt extremely uncomfortable with the trapped heat.

Breakfast was ordinary. i requested vegetarian. they brought to the villa with breads, jam/butter, juice and fruits. ok for a good start, if you non vegetarian you can additionally get bacon in american breakfast.

some maintenance issues. there were frogs and lizards out there near pool and in dinning room. but have to close doors and keep it regularly maintained.

Beautiful, clean and well-stocked villa

Extremely beautiful and photogenic villa. The entrance and walkway to the villa was clean and scenic, host took effort to decorate with flowers. He also gave us free mosquito repellent and flowers for our hair, and helped us with our luggage. He answered enquiries promptly. There was abundant soap, toiletries, towels and water provided. Also cutlery and plates and glasses were provided. Very clean place, aircon working well, very quiet and near cafes and shops. Host was also knowledgeable about local customs and gave us good suggestions and advice. Pool was clean and bathrooms/toilets luxurious. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!! Highly recommended.

Neighbours had a pig and rooster that were noisy and smelly, but it was only for a few days then they were going to kill the rooster and pig. So it was not a problem.

Perfect Villa - we loved our stay!

We are an older couple and loved our 3 day stay at the villa. There were 2 spacious bedrooms with beautiful decor and well equipped bathrooms, plus a separate equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with large flat screen TV and free Netflix. The pool temperature was perfect as it gets a good amount of sun throughout the day. The villa is located in a quiet rural area about a 5 min taxi, car or scooter ride from the main area of Ubud. The lobby and entrance has beautiful gardens and sits next to picturesque rice fields. A delicious breakfast was included and other meals can be ordered from the host’s restaurant nearby. Restaurants, massage and a small shop for drinks and snacks are all within walking distance. The host and his team are very friendly, easy to contact and offer exceptional service!

the most gorgeous villa I have ever seen

this may be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. the rooms were so gorgeous and spacious and extremely clean. the property is so beautiful. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. it’s a hidden gem in Ubud. the location is so what central about 10 min from the busy area so it’s nice and quiet. the bed was so comfortable, I got my best sleep here out of my whole trip. the staff is so friendly and welcoming and helped us with our very heavy luggage. the rooms have flowers when you arrive making you feel like you’ve truly started a vacation in paradise. one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
