The personel and owner very nice and helpful. The rooms clean and cozy. Fine swimming pool. The breakfast amazing, also floating breakfast. We also asked for flowers on the bed and it was beautiful (additional pay but economic). The massage in the room was very relaxing. The laundry service available.

Beautiful place, well located within slightly longer walk to the centre of Ubud. Many restaurant around, easy to get around also with Grab app. Beautiful bathrooms, equipped kitchen, wide selection of breakfast, which you can specify (order) via whatsapp every day. You can order dinner or massage / treatments - all to be delivered to the villa (via the host). The host works in tourism so he can provide tours or just very good recommendations. Great place to stay in Ubud! Good minibar resupplied daily.
Small area around the pool - not too suitable for small kids.

Agung waited for us to arrive around midnight even if he finishes work at 11pm. They did quick action on our requests, easy payments (cash or card), great massage/facial and in-room food services
I didn't know there's a short walk from the road and in the middle of the rice fields, would be best to disclose in the listing. I realize we're in the middle of the field so we did see some insects inside the room which I didn't like but it is what it is and is minimal anyway. I hoped there's a door from the room to the dining/living
