The villa was spacious, has beautiful balinese atmosphere. It has everything we need for our stay in Ubud. The staff were welcoming too.
During the day we could hear some noise coming from construction next door.

Great layout, bedding and pillows were awesome, Mozzie nets were great too
Needed to get a Taxi into town if you didn't want a sweaty walk....that's not an issue with the Villas though, we knew this before we booked
