The property was in a lovely quite location close to some local shops restaurants and laundrette. A short walk down the hill you came to more busy shops and restaurants. It was located in a central location not far from the coffee plantation monkey forest Rice fields and waterfall. The pool is perfect.
The lockable doors to the bedrooms had a big gap around them so my husband was being bitten by mozzies.

The villa is amazing, we enjoyed our stay, both me and mum had the best sleeps during our Bali trip. Price is a bit higher compared to other villa in Ubud but if you want a great clean place to enjoy a little bit of quiet time. This is the best. The main host is a bit busy and late with the response but Melta is amazing and so helpful with almost everything! I’ll be back next time I’m in Ubud.
Nothing much! Mum’s room the bathroom shelf fell off the first day, but she told me when we are about to check out. Same room the ac was dripping some water. But all super minor issues. And the host jumped right on top of them straight away.

the villa was very well maintained, it offered with breakfast, the pool was neat and clean, the property is well maintained and self sufficient with a fully equiped kitched, including a microwave.
the main door can be opened even after locking. although breakfast was included, the options are limited, and in spite of clearly specifying we are vegetarians it was cooked in fish out, and wasn't edible
