I liked that it was gated villa, so it felt save also space to park a scooter if you have one, wifi was very good and there was a small convenience store across the street which was open 24/7
Had to sleep with earplugs because they had a bunch of rooster together next door, and they didnt stop crowing AT ALL
The floors were dirty, we stayed on the second floor because the bottom bedroom was full of spiders on the ceiling and ants on the floor.
There was also a giant spider in the kitchen, i mean it is expected from the area, but would have been great if they checked and clean the villa before handing over.
The lady that gave us the keys seemed nice but we didnt got any introduction or anything.
Location is good if you have a scooter
