We stayed at Bumi 4, what a paradise! Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom is nice and big. Living room is big with a great pool view. Amenities to cook are limited. Although the bathroom and rooms could have a bit of renovation (ceiling, AC). Saw some reviews from people complaining about the bugs in the villa, hey, what are you expecting? you're in a island, embrace and enjoy this beautiful place.

Great staff, very friendly and hospitable. Hotel unfortunately full of dampness therefore very unpleasant dampness smell which is also very unhealthy. We could only stay one night, couldn’t cope with dampness smell of our villa. They were very kind to refund remaining 4 nights. Thanks to the team and the management.

This is a beautiful property exactly what you would imagine as Bali villa of your dreams with a mini pool. Their staff is their greatest asset, they are friendly and helpful. However our stay there was abysmal. When we arrived at the property we were not given the villa as advertized

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always do friendly and accommodating. It was nice to be a little outside the hustle and bustle of central Ubud and the regular shuttle made getting in and out from town convenient. There were environmental designs that saved energy which we really appreciated. The pool and spa bath provided welcome relief and refresh after exploring. Our only criticism would be that a dinner set and extra towels would have been helpful.

Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months. I took a wipe to see if it was just looks or actual uncleaned and it was definitely in cleaned!!! The cleaners just put the cover down and ignore it. At this point either replace the seat altogether or do a super deep clean. The seat should be spotless white and nothing else. It was disgusting and I hated when I had to use the bathroom. Also they have toilet deodorants please use it AFTER you deep clean the toilets. It should smell fresh after each guest.

We recently stayed at Ubud Green and had a generally mediocre experience. The location is great, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and kind. They offer a shuttle every two hours to and from Ubud Palace, which we found very convenient. We booked the private pool premiere rice fields view villa. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Upon entering our room, we noticed about 8 mosquitoes inside. While we understand that mosquitoes are common in Bali, having so many in the room was a bit surprising. We contacted the staff, and they promptly gave us a spray, which helped, but my wife still had trouble sleeping due to concerns about mosquito bites. The most disappointing part was the condition of the sheets, towels and bathtub, which was clearly not clean. This really detracted from the overall experience. There was stains on the bed sheets and towels. The whole experience made the stay feel far from the 5-star experience the hotel claims to offer. Overall, it’s a nice place if you’re just looking for a place to rest at night, but don’t expect a luxury resort experience.

This was our first time to Bali and our first stop on our honeymoon. We were greated by the friendly team and even surprised by the rose petals spelling out happy honeymoon on our bed. Food was awesome and service was great! Drinks were very affordable and the happy hour specials were tasty! Can't wait to visit again!

My stay at this property was fine. I visited during Nyepi and on a positive note this property did supply food service and optional activities during this day of lockdown. I was a bit surprised at how much general conversation was being had between staff memebers in common areas on this supposed day of silence. Cleanliness was ok, however I did have to ask the receptionist to have my villa serviced after being assured this had all been finished. Simple things were over looked such as including forks when relacing cutlery, I didn't find the staff particularly helpful when it came to advice of getting around or booking attractions, these may all seem small issues, I am simply not a fan of having to tell people to do their job. All in all, I felt I could have stayed at any number of other properties in the same area and perhaps had a better experience.

The villa was huge and cleaned exceptionally well every day. The onsite restaurant was very well priced both for the breakfast each morning or for dinner on a couple of evening when we ate there. There is a shuttle that runs the 1.6km into Ubud palce and return numerous times a day and into the evening. Would def recommend staying here!
