The location was great and within walking distance to the centre of Ubud. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We had a downpour of rain the evening we arrived and the roof leaked onto the stairwell, making the stairs quite slippery. This has been reported to the owner.
Please note that there was no area for a vehicle to drop us at the villa and therefore we had to carry our luggage from the main street to the villa. The street is for local residence people only.

Double storey house with spacious rooms. House is well located, walking distance to sights & food options.
No washing machine. Level 2 toilet is poorly designed, steep entrance & small sink, making it uncomfortable to use.
