What a wonderful gem of a place to stay. Everything you could possibly need, even a fan in a heatwave. Such a lovely self contained, comfortable flat in beautiful surroundings. Glorious peaceful views across the countryside with wildlife to spot like rabbits, pheasants and lots of birds. Cows and guinea fowl too. Little touches like soap and shower gel and tea, coffee and sugar...not silly little packets either just a good old tea, coffee and sugar caddies. We've stayed in lots of Booking.com properties but this is honestly the best.

A lovely location, very homely, quiet surroundings and cool in the hot weather. Comfortable bed. Lovely towels and good power shower. Very relaxing.
Kitchen facilities were overall very good but the fridge could have done with a freezer section for ice packs. Extractor fan in the bathroom needs a clean.
