Flat is light bright clean comfortable and well equipped. In the middle of Wellington.
The are pubs on either side who do kareoke until 2am on weekends and the n oise goes on well after that, with drunks loitering inthe street below the apartment. .At 0630 the street cleaners start with road sweepers and emptying the metal waste bins making as much noise as is possible it seemed. Sleep was very difficult. Would not go back.⁷
