Fantastic property, particularly for the semi-rural minded plus wonderful hosts. Highly recommended

The property is located in a quiet, peaceful area overlooking a valley back to Perugia. Our room was comfortable, clean and very cosy. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the splendid hospitality afforded by our hosts - Francesco and Donatella. We had some delightful conversations with them; all of us working on our 'bilingual' language skills. They were particularly helpful providing local information about Perugia. We were also advised to visit Montelabate where the Abbazia Santa Maria stands. We had a private tour with Antonio, a most knowledgeable man particularly on the history of the abbey. All in all a wonderful stay.

Miss it already

The hosts are really special people, the type that can become dear friends in just 4 days. Lovely and lovable human beings. Their place is in a wonderful, quiet, serene location, a beautiful garden, and true Italian hospitality all around you. You can talk world travel, literature, philosophy, wine and olives, and a few more things with them and listen to either classical, jazz, popular or any other kind of music while enjoying Donnatella 's good breakfast. We loved our stay!!!

Perugia dolce scoperta

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde delle colline di Perugia a 10 minuti dal centro cittadino, perfetta per visitare la città e godersi la natura e la tranquillità dell'Umbria. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, calda, confortevole e completa di qualunque accessorio. La colazione è ottima e ricca, i dolci fatti in casa sono incredibili così come il panorama che si gode dalla saletta dove si mangia. Donatella e Francesco poi, sono meravigliosi; gentili, premurosi, attenti alle più piccole esigenze ma mai invadenti. Fare due chiacchiere con loro vale da solo il viaggio. Consigliatissimo! Il dettaglio fa la differenza. Bravi!

Struttura Meravigliosa ed Ecosostenibile

Struttura meravigliosa, immersa nella natura, curata nei minimi dettagli dai proprietari Donatella e Francesco. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un mini appartamento dotato di zona giorno con cucina e tutto il necessarie, un ampio bagno e una ampia camera da letto. Tutta la casa era ben riscaldata con possibilità anche di regolare autonomamente la temperatura, ottima pulizia e letti comodissimi. Nella struttura c'è un book illustrativo con tanti consigli utili x il soggiorno in Umbria. I proprietari sono davvero 2 persone squisite, ci hanno accolto in maniera molto affabile dandoci tante informazioni utili per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Per la colazione ci è stato chiesto di compilare una scheda indicando le nostre preferenze. Prevalentemente all'italiana, con brioches, marmellate, Nutella, yogurt, caffè/cappuccino.. ma oltre a quello che era indicato, ogni giorno ci hanno deliziato con dei prodotti fatti in casa, tipo crostata di marmellata, pancake, cachi essiccati, taralli con arancia candita e anice, e tanto altro. La struttura è situata in una frazione di Perugia (San Marino) a 10 min di auto dal centro di Perugia, completamente immersa nel verde, raggiungibile percorrendo una strada in salita che si snoda tra le folte colline umbre. Al mattino si può godere di una vista mozzafiato. Se dovessimo tornare in Umbria, sicuramente sceglieremmo altre 1000 volte questa struttura.

Umbria in un posto incantevole

Ho prenotato questa struttura ad ultimo momento perché abbiamo avuto un problema con quella prenotata inizialmente. E meno male! Abbiamo trovato due padroni di casa eccezionale :) gentili, disponibili, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta, inoltre ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli di posti da visitare, carinissimi!! L’appartamento è comodo, bello e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno bellissimo. Si trova in un contesto di estrema calma e con un panorama mozzafiato. La colazione è buona, quasi come quando la fai a casa, ti senti veramente a casa!!! Sicuramente torneremo!!

Eccezionale, è stato così tranquillo che la notte ero alla ricerca di un rumore

Struttura immersa nel verde dell’Umbria, a poca distanza dal centro di Perugia. I proprietari Donatella e Francesco vivono lì e ci hanno accolto come degli amici. Camera pulita e colazione eccellente, con quasi tutti i prodotti fatti da Donatella, dallo yogurt alle marmellate, dal pane ai pan cake e alle crostate. Tutto organizzato nel rispetto della natura e della quieta che li circonda, ci torneremo sicuramente

Donatella und ihr Mann haben uns super nett empfangen und betreut. Da wir nicht italienisch sprechen konnten wir uns leider nur auf englisch verständigen. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Es war ein total entspannter Kurzurlaub (4 Tage) in der schönen Ferienwohnung.
