James and Dora are delightful, informative, accommodating, and welcoming. The space is perfect for what I needed. Breakfast is maybe the best fry up I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). Very easy and convenient to the city center via the bus stop right outside the front door or the tram just a short walk away. Highly Recommend!
I wish I could have stayed longer! :)
