It was clean and it has good connections by bus with the city center.
Edinburgh is a very expensive place so it was a reasonable price compared to other hotels but I still think that it is very overpriced for what it offers.
The rooms are so small that you barely can move inside after you placed all your luggage on the floor as there is no other space designated for this.
There is no wardrobe or a bedside table.

Rooms clean and modern, no aircon but older building with high ceilings in quiet area-didn't need it.
I'd assumed it was room-only in a hotel with onsite food-be prepared to go out for breakfast! About a hours walk from the centre of Edinburgh. There are good transport links but there was some problem with Princes street that had disrupted the buses..though its about £8 in an Uber, so if there are three or more in your party thats easier!

The staff and the location vlose to nus stop and the man staff were excellent
The room was very cramped and there were no space for place smaller clothes required drawers there eerent any the table was very scruffy,, the bed was quite comfortable though, loved the window shutters
