Great guest house, everything was very clean and the room and bathroom were bigger than I was expecting. Good value for money, I enjoyed my stay here.
The only thing I didn't like was the memory foam mattress which is a personal preference, but everything else was great.

The big bed and the view out onto the park
Not having blinds to block out the sun early in the morning however this meant we saw parts of Edinburgh before it got busy which was really nice.

The room was not the one we had booked. It was very austere for the price paid.
