Very clean, convenient to public transportation. Good service and friendly. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful.

the hosts, Danny and Jasmine, are absolutely wonderful people. They were there for us at every turn when needed. the beds are comfortable and the unit is very clean.

The room and bathroom are small, but that was expected. We were comfortable but not much room to move around in.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It was exceptionally clean, in a great location, and had a lovely quiet atmosphere. We especially appreciated that it was close to a beautiful park, well connected by public transport, and ideally located for exploring Leith and Edinburgh in general. Our flight was delayed and we were not sure whether we would arrive later than the official check-in time (10 pm), but this wasn't a problem at all because the host was very nice about it and would have offered a solution for this case. Another nice touch was the communal fridge, which was very convenient during our stay in addition to coffee and tea in the room. Thanks again for the cookies! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Just a few min from bus stop, convenient location across from park fruit of green. Hosts are super friendly and nice. Everything is well kept and you get all you need. It didn’t say in app but it even provided shampoo too.
