Clean & today.
Bathroom wasn’t an en-suite. But no big issue as right next door to the room.
Setting up TV was a bit of a pain to connect to the WiFi.

The room was comfortable and well stocked with lots of tea, coffee etc. The facilities were good and the bathroom big with everything we could need. We had Room 3 with the separate, private bathroom. But it's right by the room in a private part of the house so it wasn't a problem at all that it wasn't completely on suite. Great location - we caught the bus from right outside the house and were in the centre very quickly and there were lovely cafes and takeaways nearby

That our bed was made well. Close to Edinburgh
The bed was so soft it felt like it was going to collapse. Shower screen door wouldn't close, along with the Bathroom door which wouldn't shut properly. Internet kept cutting out. We had the worst night sleep there, the bed needs to be replaced.
