Everything. The property is outstanding as is the host Huan. The accommodation is absolutely lovely the breakfast is excellent and very efficiently served.
I cannot recommend the property higher.

The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable. There were lots of thoughtful details, like a bookcase of books and travel guides to use during the stay. We really appreciated Kuan's helpful check-in with lots of information about bus travel. We were pleased that lots of buses from the centre of Edinburgh stopped right outside - we ended up walking into Edinburgh and coming back on the bus at night. Really appreciated the pre-ordered cooked breakfast, which was delicious. Our favourite nearby restaurant was La Casa!
Just be aware, card payments at the hotel will have a 5% charge added to cover costs. We decided to get cash out for this reason, but not everyone would be happy to do this.

Breakfast had a good varied choice and was well delicious, it is well located on a good bus route and in a quiet area within walking distance of the city with a couple of decent pubs closer to the hotel
We had a top floor room and there was no lift, but I maybe should have asked for a room on a lower floor on booking, but the stairs were not excessive

Location
The room was so small for two people. That was only big enough for single occupant, couldn't move around the room without banging the bed of each other . No easy to get ready/ dressed at the same time .Wasn't a relaxing space . The bed was very small for two adults
