Location, nice cozy room good for one night stay (or maybe a few. Very clean and it has all the essentials. I loved the shower! Nice hosts and in general a place without a fuss.
They could do better with the complementary tea and coffee bags and maybe add a little extra. Two towels are not enough, so maybe consider add an extra large one. It's still a £80 plus a night accommodation not exactly in the city center.

I can't say much about what I liked other than the telly was a good size and the bedding, towels were great and the bed was comfortable no luxuries but then paid a low price for the room.
Small room, no hanging spaces. Poor decoration and DIY skills. I didn't use shower as the sealant had holes in it. Also the room was very hot even though the radiator was off.
