There was parking right outside and the location was ideal.
Good shower.
One of the mugs in the room had a hole in it and leaked boiling water when my girlfriend tried to make tea.
Tiles in the bathroom were cracked.
Stains on the walls.
Bedside lamp was flickering.
TV is about 20 years old and the screen was ghosting.
Curtains barley cover the window.
Tiny room.
Lumpy mattress.
