Easy access to bus stops, good restaurants nearby, grocery nearby, good sized room for a family. Could walk to it from even the castle as it’s all downhill from there!

The room was okay value for the time I was staying however it felt as if there was a lot missing in the price. There was no WiFi available, even though stated there was. It was extremely weak and therefore I could not use. There was cleaning equipment left throughout the bathroom which I felt was out of place and slightly unprofessional. The check in was also extremely unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was on her phone the whole time and got me to actually point out when I booked and what my name was. I felt rushed to check in and no real care taken to assist me. When I returned later in the day there was no sign of a receptionist or anyone to speak to with any issues.
