Good location, room was clean and comfortable.
The internet didn’t work for us. The other noisy guests using their external shower to their room kept us awake but that’s not the guests houses fault. Parking was costly and not ideal if you wanted to leave the car behind and explore.

Great location with access to the tram line and many shops, restaurants, and services, with a beautiful park around the corner. It was a rare heatwave and the staff went and purchased new standing fans for us on the top floor. It was a great improvement and showed concern for our comfort.
The room was a tight squeeze for three persons sleeping, with luggage, etc. I imagine that two people would be more comfortable. But overall it did not affect our stay, as we were there to experience the city, not to hang out in the room.

the bath room was to small the shower and toilet was to close togeter i just managed

Location and a warm welcome.
Cramped room, wi-fi was sketchy and TV didn’t have main channels so was useless for me wanting to watch the World Cup football later.
